My recent experience was just fine
My recent experience was just fine. The Rep was helpful and solved the problem we were having. The bad part is that it took 32 minutes to solve the problem. If we had another POS system the problem could have been solved at a fraction of the time. We are very short staffed and to have a person having to deal with this 1 problem for 30+ minutes is ridiculous. There are many short coming when it comes to UpServe and at this point I am counting down the day to the end of our contract!!!

So far so good, only feedback is that would like a faster service support response but that's it. POS and KDS system is easy to use and streamlined for a growing business.

UpServe makes it very easy to understand how to learn and use the POS system. They've accounted for every possible scenario/situation, that may arise. The development of the system is great, easy to use, and provides a great reporting suite. Also, they offer great customer service as well.

The tech. staff at Upserve is very capable. We don’t have a lot of issues but when we do they are helpful and efficient. Thank you!

Lack of management, no answer no follow up, you will never get a manager when you have to escalate a pro blemish, they just seem that do no exist

Upserve's integrated support button that links directly to support 24/7 and minimizes while on the POS screen is super functional and helps handle issues quickly. I've used two other POS systems in my businesses in the past, and this small feature has actually come in handy multiple times, solving issues expediently.

Upserve is an excellent POS system
Upserve is an excellent POS system. I'd say it is a cross between the functionality of Aloha and some of the better parts of Square. The programmability is good but not quite as flexible as some others. You should be able to do 99% of the things you want to do, I'm just really particular about certain options and they don't exist in the current build.
Customer Service
I had a pretty good idea on what I was trying to do in the pos system I just wanted to make sure I wasn’t missing anything so I chatted with Anthony and he confirmed what I was trying to do. He was very nice. Unfortunately I could not do what I would have like which is apply a coupon code comp with an exact dollar price, your system would only allow a percentage not dollar amount. I also never got to thank Anthony or formally end my chat with him because the chat had timed out. It was three minutes that had passed before I got back to writing to him. I was disappointed I didn’t get the chance to appreciate his help.
Cash box set up.
I could not get our cash box to open. I used the text support and it was easy and they got the box connected in minutes.
