La tua precedente recensione è stata segnalata in quanto falsa e diffamatoria. Hai affermato di non aver ricevuto il pacco subito dopo averci scritto una mail in cui affermavi di averlo ricevuto.
Ci teniamo a precisare che la merce che ti è arrivata è esattamente quella da te ordinata come puoi vedere tu stessa dalla notifica ordine e dalla fattura ricevuta.
Hai affermato anche che abbiamo impiegato 2 settimane per spedire il pacco ma l'ordine risale al 01/12/2022 ed è stato spedito il 02/12/2022, anche questo verificabile dalla notifica ordine e da tracking che hai ricevuto.
In questa recensione e nelle precedenti hai affermato che siamo dei truffatori nonostante tutte le prove che hai e che abbiamo anche noi dicano esattamente il contrario. La nostra pazienza ha un limite, sei stata segnala a Trustpilot e riceverai una diffida legale molto presto con allegate tutte le prove che confermano la falsità di TUTTE le tue dichiarazioni.

Your previous review has been reported as false and defamatory. You claimed not to have received the package immediately after you wrote us an email stating that you had received it.
We would like to clarify that the goods that arrive to you are exactly the ones you ordered, as you can see for yourself from the order notification and the invoice received.
You also stated that it took us 2 weeks to ship the package but the order dates back to 12/01/2022 and was shipped on 12/02/2022, also verifiable from the order notification and tracking you received.
In this and previous reviews you have stated that we are scammers despite all the evidence you have and that we also say exactly the opposite. Our patience has its limit, you have been reported to Trustpilot and you will receive a legal warning very soon with all the evidence attached to confirm ALL your claims are false.

hai effettuato 2 recensioni diffamatorie su Trustpilot affermando il falso in ognuna di esse cambiandole di volta in volta per recare un danno alla nostra attività,
crediamo quindi sia arrivato il momento di chiarire una volta per tutte questa situazione analizzando punto per punto, in modo che chiunque possa capire cosa realmente è accaduto.

-Hai gridato alla truffa lasciandoci la prima recensione ad una stella affermando di non aver ricevuto il pacco MENTRE GIA' CI SCRIVEVI PER E-MAIL DI AVERLO RICEVUTO

-Quando hai realizzato che il tracking ufficiale, la tua firma sulla consegna della spedizione e le mail stesse che ci inviavi (in cui parlavi del pacco ricevuto) ERANO UNA PROVA DELLA FALSITA'AFFERMATA IN PRECEDENZA HAI CAMBIATO VERSIONE iniziando a dichiarare che il contenuto fosse errato

-In seguito, dopo aver ricevuto nuovamente fattura e conferma ordine (che inviamo dopo il pagamento) in cui è mostrato chiaramente che hai ordinato blazer e pantaloni di colori differenti HAI INIZIATO A MINACCIARCI DI DOVERTI OFFRIRE A TUTTI I COSTI UNA SOLUZIONE A NOSTRE SPESE

-Ci hai minacciati per ben 15 GIORNI CONSECUTIVI tramite mail e la nostra risposta è e sarà sempre la stessa.

Quando sbagliamo, chiediamo scusa e ripariamo il danno ma non è questo il caso e non staremo mai alle minacce ed ai ricatti.

Accettiamo di ricevere recensioni su questa piattaforma per migliorarci ma non per farci ricattare da chi vorrebbe tenere merce gratis.

Se qualcuno volesse abbiamo prove a sufficienza da inviare anche noi.

you have made 2 defamatory reviews on Trustpilot stating falsehoods in each of them changing them from time to time to harm our business,
we therefore believe the time has come to clarify this situation once and for all by analyzing it point by point, so that anyone can understand what really happened.

-You cried scam by leaving us the first one-star review stating that you did not receive the package WHILE YOU ALREADY WRITE US BY EMAIL THAT YOU RECEIVED IT

-When you realized that the official tracking, your signature on the delivery of the shipment and the emails you sent us (in which you spoke of the package received) WERE PROOF OF THE PREVIOUSLY STATED FORGERY YOU CHANGED THE VERSION starting to declare that the content was wrong

-Later, after having received again the invoice and order confirmation (which we send after payment) in which it is clearly shown that you have ordered blazers and trousers in different colors YOU STARTED THREANING US OF HAVING TO OFFER YOU A SOLUTION AT OUR EXPENSES AT ALL COSTS

-You have threatened us for 15 CONSECUTIVE DAYS by email and our answer is and will always be the same.

When we make a mistake, we apologize and repair the damage but this is not the case and we will never stand threats and blackmail.

We agree to receive reviews on this platform to improve ourselves but not to be blackmailed by those who would like to keep free goods.

If anyone wants to we have enough evidence to send us too.
