I have just sold my flat through Upstix and just want to say how friendly and helpful they were. I was dealing with the sma person through - Duncan - and he explained things so I could easily understand and also left me his contact details so I could get back to him if I needed to . After trying t sell on the regular market for over a year, I am now relieved to have it all sorted.thanks Upstix.

Doesn't meter if you even tiding up everything and cleaning you will never get your money back.
so everyone please be aware!!! as i had deposited £1100 , on the moving date i have done painting clear whole garden even cut the grass, also cleaned carpets which cost me in total about £300 and they still founded the way how to do not pay back deposit !
and i have heard from one person that like to do it in that way!
so basically if you dont care about your deposit then stick with upstix :)
