Nice product but terrible experience

Nice product, but terrible experience purchasing. Unsure if Amazon is to blame or Uptown Bicycles. Order was cancelled without notification. It just didn’t come. I ordered again, and received notification that delivery had been delayed. The same day I received notification that it had been delivered. (It had not). I reached out to the company via Amazon messaging, Waited several days but received no follow up. Waited a few more days and messaged again with no follow up. Then I applied for a refund. Then it showed up, with no notification. Unsure what the status is now, but I received my product.
