DO NOT BUY UPUSTYLE! Same as all the other reviews… Oredered 4 pairs of boots and received one pair that I could not recognize from the one in the pictures, cheap plastic boots that look worse than a cheesy Halloween costume, what a ripoff! $150 to the trash.

If I could give 0 stars i would. I wanted to cancel my order less than 24 hours after making it. They wanted to charge me a 15% restocking fee but they hadnt even shipped my stuff. Do not buy from this site, it is a scam and they took my money.

I wish there was an option to give less than one star. Unlike the other reviewers I do not know about the products because I never received anything. After over a month of waiting I got an email saying my package was delivered... it was NOT. I emailed them and they told me to go ask all of my neighbors if they have it, and are refusing to give me a refund. Long story short... This company needs to be shut down!!! Scammers!!

Oh yes and they continue to change names,I despise Covid CHINA.They sent me clothes that my 7 year old granddaughter could have done better.ALWAYS READ REVIEWS ALWAYS.I GOT BURNED OVER 200.00 THE THIEFS.SHOULD TRY TO STOP THIS THEY ARE STEALING FROM AMERICAN'S

They copy other companies product photos and sell you a low quality knock off cheap version. Then they try to keep your money when its time for a refund

The company is a rip off. They advertise name brand shoes. But when you get the product, they are knock offs. No name on the shoes. They require you ship back to China. STAY AWAY, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. BAD BUSINESS. CHEAP MATERIAL. LIARS

Purchased 3 pair of shoes 6/18/2022 and paid for a rush delivery for an additional 19 dollars and some change in which that was suppose to take 7-9 business days... However i received my package on 7/2/2022 and was not pleased as two pair of the shoes are wayyyy too small so i look up return policy and they want to send you through hoops and bundles for a refund. Basically im not happy with my experience with upustyle and would never purchase from them again....also very cheap material and the smell that is in the package is horrible.... Nope not good!!

I cannot stress that everyone does their due diligence and RESEARCH A SITE B E F O R E you purchase anything...it seems everything is out of China with mostly negative results...your other option is to purchase only from established brands here in US..Like Macys.com..DSW.com...Bloomingdales.com,etc...if there is a problem with the product,you can take it to the store...but check that out first to be sure..

I agree with the OTHERS!!! Do not order from this company! I ordered 4 pairs of shoes. One pair was out of stock and the other 3 pairs were shipped, but 2 sizes smaller, than the size indicated on the package. When I requested the return info, I was given an address in CHINA. At this point, it will not be cost effective to return the shoes. I was outraged and insulted with the 10% offer, considering the return address is out of the US and the shoe quality is poor and improperly sized. I'm going to dispute these charges and charge these reviews with my credit card provider!

I wish I read these review before I ordered a pair. They charged me right away, took weeks for delivery and they looked like garbage. Nothing like the picture advertised. I was told I need to send them back oversees, meanwhile my shipping label is from California. I was offered 10% refund. I'm going to take this to social media.

I purchased what I thought (thru the advertisement) were leather gladiator sandals. They were so cute I bought 4 pair (different colors) It took over 3 weeks for 3 pair to arrive, I was told that 1 color was out of stock. The sandals are very poor quality and obviously NOT leather. They have a strong chemical smell. They would fall apart easily if worn. I was offered the 10% and to re gift them. These sandals are such a joke that I would never give them to anyone... they would not be considered a gift. I thought I was ordering from upstyle which I have heard of so the subtle name upustyle got past me. I didn't know I was dealing with China and am told that postage to return them is over $50. I am disputing with my credit card company.

Upustyle!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!! Do not buy from this company!!! YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF!!! They are a scam!!! They sent me something that looks nothing like the picture and I have yet to get any of my emails answered!

The shoes weren't anything like the picture. Very cheaply made. My wife actually laughed when she saw them. Her response, "these shoes will fall apart on day one! I'm not wearing this!" I didn't initially realize the shoe was coming from oversees. That would have red flagged me on paying $39.00 for the pair. I could go on, but WHY! I'm not going to get a refund. But, I thought I should at least share my experience.

1. Sandals were supposed to have the promised arch supports but they had NO arch supports.

2. Materials were VERY poor quality.

3. Size was way way too small.

4. ZERO printed material came with Sandals, not even the name of the company.

5. Shipped from the USA but they require returns to be sent to China at your expense & will not refund full purchase price even if you sent it back.

If I could give a zero I would. It took over a month for me to receive my items. When I finally got them they were sized terribly they were manufactured horribly and the cheapest materials were used

I experienced the same issue, the items were poor quality and wrong size. I was offered a 10% return. Do not order from them. The items that they sell look nice on the website but in reality they are nothing like they are described in the website. Do not waste your money with them.

Sent me knock off one star converse which are advertised as Converse. Tried to return because they are way too small and was told that they'd refund only 10% of what I paid. When I replied asking for a 90% refund they dropped off my email and havent been able to reach them since. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

Pure junk. Wish I would have checked first. Want you to return to China and costs are prohibited. Will have to dispute through credit card. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!
