We have been using Upvc Windows Scotland for 4 years now on different types of projects and we've always had a great experience with them. They have never let us down and we find them very reliable. They are very professional, great with communication, even if something is delayed or has arrived earlier than expected. We've always get a call or an email on updates with production. I would love to give Upvc Windows Scotland a 10 Star Review. They were spot on with their services. I believe I was speaking with James in regards to getting my windows installed. Made me laugh and made me feel very incontrol with my purchase. He didn't pressure me to make any decision on the spot like all the other companies I've had quotations from. I felt really secure picking this company rather than the others because there wasn't any hard sale or pressure. Very Happy I've picked Upvc Windows. My windows has not had any problems since they have been installed last year. Thanks again.

Fantastic!!! I am really pleased with the services that Upvc Windows provided for us!!! Purchased 8 Windows last year with this company and they did a wonderful job from start to finish. The staff answered all our questions when choosing our designs and the guys were amazing when it came time for the installation. Very nice and and tidy. The beautiful Rosewood colour complements our house and I am very pleased that we made Upvc Windows our choice.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Jim to have my windows and door fitted, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, Jim demonstrated exceptional professionalism, attention to detail, and a true commitment to quality work. The house looks fantastic with the new upgrade, and his craftsmanship is absolutely top-notch. Jim went above and beyond the initial scope of work—he not only fit the windows and door seamlessly but also took the time to refit my Ring doorbell and address a few rendering issues that he noticed. This was something he didn’t have to do, but it speaks volumes about his integrity and dedication to customer satisfaction. This would be the second time I've used this company & they've been great both times. The communication has been quick & consistent (there was a small hiccup but the guy who came round couldnt apologise enough)... no hard sales tactics or pressure sales to do the quote, unlike the other two companies who quoted me.
As for the work itself, the guys did a great job. They just got on with it, even taking away the old windows. Happy with the work and happy with the price. Would def recommend.

Very highly recommended - we wouldn’t look elsewhere for any future work. That being said, we had a new door and upvc sash windows fitted last year and 3 new casement windows fitted in the beginning of this year. The windows and door were beautifully made and fitted with fine attention to detail. The workmanship in both manufacture and installation is of top quality. Our special thanks to all involved at Upvc Windows Scotland: the designer, the office staff and surveyor Dimitri for their patience in accommodating our requests for changes to the design and to both fitting teams who were a pleasure to have around and for their consideration, time, care, conscientious attention to detail and the excellent quality of the finished result. We absolutely love our new doors! We ordered a composite front door and a pvc back door with UPVC and we couldn't be happier. My partner dealt with the company but said all dealings were friendly and professional. The work we have received is just a perfect upgrade to our old drafty doors, they fit and look great. We're now looking to get our window upgraded and will definitely be calling Upvc Window Scotland.

This company are complete joke.Take your money and run! MY uncle left in a distressed state after shody workmanship.Doors don't shut right .Windiws have gaps wind blows in.Cost him over £6k to get repaired from a proper company. He tried contact them but to no avail.Alwats answering machine Trying since July 2023 to get them.Went onto social media and see lots of posts with folk having the sane problems. Don't go near them.A shower cowboys

Exceptional service and outstanding results I recently had from upvc windows who not only fitted my windows and doors but also handled my lean to conservatory. I must say that the experience was nothing short of amazing! I am beyond pleased with the work carried out by this company. Their exceptional service, diligent cleanliness, and respectful attitude make them standout in their field. I recommend if you are looking for windows and doors fitted or a conservatory.

I had the below review up last year and removed it as Company said would only fix my door if I did. BUT will not take it down again.

After months of my phoning and e-mailing them, they then said that their guys were too busy to fix my door but would pay for me to get someone to fix it. I was told to get receipt and sent, and the money would be sent ASAP. I done this June and nothing, again numerous. calls, e-mails to them. PHONE does not get answered now. Last week after advising them I would put review up they called and said cannot pay as company not VAT registered. AT no point was I told I had to VET the joiner. I advised them that the guy said they are not VAT registered as sole trader and only have to register if earning over £85.000. They said cannot pay. So now I am out pocket for there shocking workmanship
Ordered windows, Door on 29/04/2022 Paid deposit. Advised 6-8 weeks. Installed on 26/08/2022 by 2 guys. I would say one a window fitter the other NOT, the mess the guys left was shocking, Job not great but after been told that if I never settled the balance, I would occur 10% charge I reluctantly paid the balance. The windows/rubbish left in neighbour’s drive for 5 days, she could not access her drive. I called every day to get them uplifted, was told due to Bin strike all recycling centres closed. I advised them this was incorrect as soon as said I would put up bad review Junk up man arrived. Had problem with door jamming since installation but thought was because new. Door got worse called 01/11/2022 message was left saying due to guys working somewhere else they would get to me ASAP. 5 weeks numerous calls, text messages and E-mails still no reply to any. They have now been advised the door will not open and I have to access through patio doors.
DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS, HARD EARNED MONEY.

We're really happy with the service and installation from UPVC Windows. Had a few quotes from different companies but came back to UPVC Windows Scotland because they were fairly priced. Would recommend. Happy with the overall result.

A top-quality product and service! After a completely problem-free installation of French Doors in our kitchen last March, it was a no brainer to go straight to to fit a replacement bow window to complete the same room. Still no windows/door from this company, they said they would install the April 2023, never turned up then they said we’ll fit them 31may2023 never turned up,338 days since initial order, and £1140 deposit paid to them , Well since posting the above post this UPVC Windows Scotland MOB contacted me, with this scenario that they had told me I was a priority case to getting my windows fitted ect,ect (No that never happened although they maintain they said that) they gave me a date 17/5/2023, then phoned and said it would be 31/5/2023,they never showed turned up on both dates?.. Now they oh wait for it the fitters/ installers turn up at my home on Friday 5/May. 2023 to fit windows and door, and waited three hours out side my home and they had foned me 5/6 times that morning and I never answered,Why be caused I wasn’t at home I was driving down to Greenock to visit a friend,that’s why I wasn’t home and one doesn’t use phones whilst driving , and what company that’s going to be doing refurbishment or external work on some ones property , randomly turns up at the property one day with no notice to the customer, oh and he now claims that I was verbally abusive and use profanity, well what I actually said that he was a dick , and talking a load of pish? But what he said is that I have to delete all my Facebook post on them , nope no way we’ll they no windows till I take posts down , we’ll posts are not coming down

First visit was 11/05/22, survey carried out 17/05/22, Order placed 23/05/22. Told would take 6 weeks. Called several times since then, either no response or answer machine. I finally got through in Sep, was told it was really 13-16 weeks. So end of Sep / early Oct due to 'issues'. Left a message asking for refund on order, nothing has been acknowledged. Thankfully I can claim back via section 75. You've been warned..

I too will be taking this as far as I can with Trading Standards. Paid my deposit back in April, also promised 4- 6 weeks for installation and still no door! They are now saying end of September - 24 weeks after deposit paid!!! They have used Covid, the war in Ukraine, Brexit, you name it excuses all the time. The manager is so rude, I have never experienced such appalling customer service.
I also was contacted and 'told' to take my review down (which has since disappeared), my comments deleted and blocked from their FB.
They are refusing to cancel my order so legal route now being taken!
When I advised them I had raised this with Trading Standards, they demanded the case reference number which of course they have no right to do (as advised to me by Citizens Advice Consumer Reporting Line.)
If you have been unfortunate enough to get involved with this company, make sure you pay only by credit card as at least Section 75 will give you protection for goods or service not received or as described if work not up to standard.
