My recent experiences with this company was very positive.
Shontal despatched an engineer quickly and Keith diagnosed a problem with a leaky valve , ordered a new one and in less than a week job done
I would recommend this company and use them in the future.

Keith was the consummate professional as always with our latest service. We’ve been using these guys for four years or so and they’ve always been great.

After an initally great customer experience
we have a functioning system and after 3 years since fitting it produces a good amount of electricity. HOWEVER I have a fault in the indication system, in that our main array shows a double reading for that inverter. We have also never received the MCS certificate for that array from DEEGEE who have now changed their name to Upvolt Kent.
This business appear to be great with the instals but the all important legal paperwork (MCS/DNO) they often have to be chased and tend to seek it after installation (DNO) rather than before.(See other reviews) The director said to me on the phone that they never get turned down for smaller installations with retrospective applications.
I have attempted to contact Upvolt Kent multiple times with no response, as Deegee Victoria was good with recent communication (getting our 3 years late DNO approval, something the salesman said would be done before the instal). This was also an issue when they were Deegee, getting in contact and getting them to respond was very difficult (but not impossible). Really unhappy as we had a great relationship with them when we had a lot of issues with the initial solar edge installation, but I am really sorry to write this but given the distance from Ockenden to us (Cornwall) we are now an inconvenience to be ignored, we have no MCS for our main array, that is not acceptable.

The initial conversations were great. Installation booked and sorted. Had a problem on the day with battery not communicating with inverter but I resolved that later and bird netting was forgotten but rectified before scaffolding went.

Received DNO a few weeks ago with installation backend of April. Since then I requested the completion documents and warranties as well as MCS certificate but I keep being told there’s a delay. We’re over 2 months after installation and not received them after sending payment after installation.

Keith came to service our Mitsubishi heat pump and found a few items that needed to be fixed. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He said he will visit a few times at the start of winter to make sure all is running efficiently in real time. It was good to find a local engineer that will support as and when we need it. Highly recommended Keith.

Full heating service done today.
As usual the service engineer was brilliant, always courteous ,very efficient and helpful if you have questions.

Keith came out to service our heat pump system. Keith was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.
He was very polite and respectful of my property .
We had to arrange another visit and Shontel was very helpful and organised the follow up visit with Keith once the parts were in.
They are worth their weight in gold ! X

Keith arrived today to service my air source heat pump for the first time. He was helpful and efficient, and gave me useful advice on maintaining the pump. It's reassuring to know that Upvolt will be there to help if I ever need it.

Installation expérience was good the guys worked well with our other building contractors undertaking the construction work to successfully complete the install

The previous company that we used to service our air source heat pump and boiler ceased trading so I approached Upvolt. What a superb company. They dealt with my request promptly and efficiently. They were transparent about costs and they sent Keith. Keith is an excellent and experienced engineer who was very diligent in ensuring that our aging system was working well. He was courteous and explained everything in a non patronising way. He worked cleanly and efficiently.

We have used Upvolt for many years, installing our heating system in our self-build. We have always been impressed by the professional nature of the team from the office to the engineers. We now use Upvolt to continue the servicing on the ASHP system. Keith is always polite and efficient, leaving the workspace clean and tidy. Any work that needs done is always well explained.

I very rarely give reviews, so sorry, but their company email address bounced and phone number didn't go through. I was messaging after work at 5.30pm ish, but they didn't allow me to leave a message or send an email for them to receive tomorrow. Just seemed odd, so sorry if they're a nice company.

Also the only company that quoted me solar panels without offering to view my house in person, which made me nervous X

Did not take velux windows in consideration and had placed solar panels over them. No site visit. When asked to do site visit it all went quiet
