My brand-new Orbea Rise SL H20, which has been completely non-functional since the day I received it. The bike does not power on at all. This product was delivered dead on arrival. I have repeatedly contacted the support team to resolve this issue. I have already provided all requested documentation, including detailed photographs and video evidence proving the bike will not turn on. Despite my full cooperation, I have received absolutely zero technical guidance or troubleshooting steps. Furthermore, I explicitly requested that the support team authorize and arrange for me to bring the bike to an authorized Orbea dealer here in the Boise, Idaho area for inspection and repair. I have received no response to this request. The complete lack of communication and resolution is unacceptable for a premium product.
