Overall the experience with upway was…

Overall the experience with upway was good. But a few things disappointed me. They promoted the bike with a 750 Wh batteri, but the bike only came with a 625 Wh batteri.
Besides that fast delivery and a fine second hand bike

Great experience

Nice bike, hassle free booking. The only thing I had a small issue was that I was contacted only 10 mins before delivery, and it was not scheduled after communicating with me(which they said they would in the mail)

I’m very happy with the experience I…

I’m very happy with the experience I had with them ! Good item! I can’t give 5 stars because the light of my bike arrived broken and I think it could be avoided by wrapping better the fragile parts. Anyway they were fast in getting back to me and refund the reparation !

The almost new bike arrived in a very poor condition

I bought a nearly new Eovolt Evening bike, which, to the best of my knowledge, is supposed to be a premium or near-premium quality bike.
Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to use it during the first ten days due to illness, so I didn’t report in time that the hydraulic brakes weren’t gripping properly and were very loud. However, after barely 100 kilometers, the rear brake completely failed; the service center couldn’t fix it because someone had damaged the hole in the screw needed for bleeding the brakes, so the only solution is to replace the entire brake.
By the way, the gearshift also jumps back and forth and clicks, just like an old, low-quality product.
I can’t even imagine how they managed to ruin the condition of an almost-new, premium-quality bike like this.
Customer service was polite, and they reimbursed a fraction of the costs, even though they weren’t obligated to.
I’d probably buy from them again next time; I’m sure I just had bad luck. But it’s still very strange.

Sending back a bike is nearly…

Sending back a bike is nearly impossible. Box is way too big.
Description of motor and technique is insufficent
The bell is broken. What else might be defect, not identified , yet?
No real people to communicate with. Very anonymus
Where do. I go to for service, if anything not predicted occurs ?

Great customer service.

One can only really rate a company when there is an issue/problem.

I did have an issue with my e-bike and customer service was great. There bike arrived with a problem with my brakes and speedometer I was asked to have it fixed and send them the bill. The service centre bill was refunded to my credit card on the same day that I e-mailed it to upway.

Btw I had to take a train to the service centre as I live far away from one, and even the 7 euro bike supplement (I have a Deutschlandticket) was also refunded.
