I have not ridden a bike of any kind in at least 30 years. Wrenching on one in any meaningful way was probably 50+ years ago. So, the idea of putting together an Ebike was a bit scary. I bought the set-up package. After it arrived and I unboxed the bike, I watched an Upway video on my phone and within an hour or so had the bike ready to ride without even calling back the nice dude at Upway to talk me through the process. So I didn't actually make use of the set-up assistance package, but the fact that I knew that I could if I ran into any problems gave me the confidence to begin the process independently. Some of the best "insurance money" I've ever spent and then turned out that I did not need. Thanks Upway. Your product is excellent.
