It was horrible! I orderd in november.. its now 31st of januari and haven't gotten my package yet. E-mailed multipule times but never got an anwser.. the my money goes!

Package wasn't sent by the right postoffice and wrong product
My Package wasn't sent by the right postoffice and it wasn't the right product. The said the was a problem and the product would be delayed and that the would update about two days . Nothing was sent. About 6 days after that I sent an e-mail for some information which was about two weeks ago I didn't get a reaction. On the website it says that they use PostNL and DHL but the used YunExpress. And on the website there is also trustscore of 4.8 with around 2000 reviews they say, I've seen nothing here. I didn't give it one star because I still have to see what the return process is but so far not a good experience. ( I ordered a pair of beige premium pillow pants and got a pair of yellow linen pants.)( I also got my package today.)
