I haven't personally had any work do by Urban valet however I work for possibly the most popular breakdown/ recovery company in the UK. Over the weekend I was tasked to repariate one of their customers car which was a 2016 Citreon C3. First off the couple who run the company were very welcoming and friendly. What can I say about the car, I'm a big car / bike fan so appreciate a clean vehcile however this took clean to another level! Sadly when I collecting the car it was raining but it still looked immaculate with the rain forming a lovely beading across the paint work, even inside the wheel arches were that clean you could eat your dinner off them.
Again on the inside it was absolutley immaculate with not a speck of dust to be found anywhere. I've been fortunate enough to have had new cars every 2 years and not one has been anywhere near as clean as this 5 year old car. Add to this that it smelt good to eat !
Totally impressed by their work and if I lived local to the company I would definatley giving them my business

Wow... Urban Valets are amazing. Gareth who attended was really friendly and polite and did a great job, I had the express XL valet and my 5 year old car looked brand new. I will definitely use Urban Valets again and again!

We are lucky enough to have the guys round every 2 weeks to give the company vans a thoroughly good transformation. It reflects well on the business that the vehicles are clean and we genuinely believe it makes our team feel better about themselves being in a lovely clean vehicle. This then goes on to give our customers a better service. Overall it's great for business and there's nothing better than getting into a professionally clean vehicle!

Jake did a brilliant job, the car looks like new again. He was held up on another job before mine and was running a little late, but he text me to let me know in plenty of time so can’t really ask for more. I will definitely be using them again

Jake has been twice now to wash the outside and for full vallet. Super impressed he is friendly, hard working. Just got in with it no faffing. Car looks great will continue the monthly payment valeting.

Had Jake do a wash and valet on my car service is second to none can’t recommend enough absolutely great job will be using again 100%

What can I say apart from LOVE LOVE LOVE I have always had my car done by this company.
Even when I bought my new car I asked them to do the paint protection instead of the garage better job done at a better price too.
Now I subscribe and every month my car looks gleaming

Big shout out to Urban valet for getting us in last minute for our new engineer starting Monday! Kat was great from the initial enquiry right up until completion. looking forward to using urban valet again.

Fantastic service, very thorough with incredible amount of care taken. Who knew you could get lines in your car mat once they had been shampooed like a news manicured lawn!! He even managed to sorted a scratch out on a leather seat! Would highly recommend for a professional valet!

Jake did a great job, went over and above by letting me use a little bit of his T-cut following the internal and external clean. No complaints at all.

I left him to it and when he called me to tell me it was ready I could not believe that transformation. Incredibly thorough and professional job. I used Urban Valet for the first time this week after seeing their work on Facebook.
The website is easy to navigate, allowing you to check which packages are right for you. I booked through the website, which was easy to do. I couldn’t recall getting a confirmation email (may have been in my spam, or I may have missed this) so I messaged the team who promptly confirmed my booking.
On the day, Oli arrived on time and got straight to work. (They have their own vans with electric and water supply, so no need to worry about that)
We asked about the routine, so the little one could watch the snowfoam application which she loved.
He was able to provide advice on next treatments etc

Had an XXL valet on both our cars, mine had a couple of spills on the seats but the other was filthy! Jay did an amazing job on both, they both looked spotless and brand new & the interiors we immaculate with a new car smell!! Was worth every penny and would highly recommend!

Just had my first ever professional valet and I am soo happy with the outcome my car looks brand new!! Ollie came to clean my car today at home so it was super convenient as well. After having stained seats and carpets for months I can not believe the difference. Ollie spent 3 hours paying attention to every little detail in my car there it’s not a single mark left. My car now smells amazing and has never been so shiny and clean! Ollie was very professional and friendly and couldn’t do enough to make sure my car was spotless, even in the rain. I would highly recommend and will be using urban valet from now on. Thankyou Ollie for my amazing valet!!

James worked really hard on the hottest day of the year so far valeting my Kia Sportage. I had the Express X valet with bumper restore. I left him a £5 tip in the contactless payment. Will definitely book again.
