We did our first hike in Germany with Urbannature travels to Zittau mountains and it was great. The group was interactive and our Dan Cole was perfect in leading the hike. It was a wholesome day!! Thanks to UNT!

I did a Camino Trail hike with Urban Nature and our guide was Pauly. Overall a memorable trip and 5 star rating due to few reasons… details of trip were well taken care of, guide was experienced and had done the trip before, the hotels were a mixed bag - some were wow! some where acceptable.

I recently had a trip with Urbanature Travel to Iceland. It was a wonderful time. Even though my booking was spontaneous and last minute, everything was organized and hasselfree. It didn't feel touristy at all and felt like a tailored experience. I loved it.

The organization of the trip was good, with all the essential details well taken care of, from transportation to accommodation and guided activities. and the team was friendly.

One of the highlights was, of course, witnessing the Northern Lights. Words can't describe the breathtaking beauty of the auroras dancing across the night sky. It was like watching nature’s very own light show – absolutely mesmerizing! We were taken to the best viewing spots, away from any light pollution, ensuring the most spectacular sights.

The itinerary was full of unforgettable experiences. We visited the Sami Parliament, which offered a fascinating glimpse into the local culture and history. We also spent a magical day at the Santa Claus Village, where the holiday spirit was truly alive. Meeting Santa himself and exploring the enchanting surroundings was a childhood dream come true!

I’ll cherish these memories forever!

Myself and my wife had the pleasure of joining an incredible Norway trip organized by Urbanature, led by the amazing Maddy. From the very beginning, it was clear that the entire trip was meticulously planned, and Maddy made sure that every stunning aspect of Norway’s landscape was covered—truly a feast for the eyes! One of the most memorable highlights was the hunt for the northern lights, which Maddy ensured we didn’t miss.

What really set Maddy and the Urbanature team apart was the attention to detail. They took care of everything, right down to the smallest of things, ensuring the group’s comfort and enjoyment at every turn. Whether it was coordinating transportation, suggesting hidden gems, or keeping everyone’s spirits high, Maddy was on top of it all. His high energy and positive attitude were infectious, and they kept the entire group motivated and excited throughout the trip.

Had an amazing time exploring this winter wonderland (aptly named). This trip combined both nothern light hunting as well as some other day timeactivities. The cold was excruciating but the excitement of day to day activities and northern lights kept me warm throughout. Good winter clothes and layering are a must here.
Maddy and Karan were our guide in this trip. I spent most of my time in Maddy's car so would like to mention that he is fun loving and a very generous host/guide.

Honestly the best way to experience an adventurous trip in Norway, seeing Northern Lights (literally saw them EVEREY night), having whales swim 2 meters beside you and all that without needing to do ANYTHING!! Such a great organization! Just needed to get up and go to the car and the rest our guides did for us. Couldn’t have wished for anything more. Thank you sooo much Maddy and Lucie for organizing this trip of a lifetime and making the long roadtrips into a party on wheels 🫶.

The trip was very well planned out and organized. As with all travels, unexpected problems do arise. The organizer for this trip remained relaxed and simply adapted the plans when faced with every hiccup and did so with such finesse that we participants didn't even realize it. To me, that's a mark of a professional.
All throughout the trip, the organizer remained friendly and fun, which was infectious. I'll definitely recommend this company to anyone who wishes to have unique and memorable experiences and explore landscapes that are unconventional and yet more special than a traditional travel agency could have organized.

A great trip for first timers on Mallorca. We had 3 full days, covering a variation of landscape, location and activities, from Palma to deep into the island, from hiking to swimming... With Kalisch as our guide, a great company n fun!

I’ve traveled to various locations with this company before and all trips have been a good experience. Each trip has an assigned guide who takes care of pretty much everything. Most recently, I went to the Azores with Paul, who was amazing. Prior to each trip, the owner, Maddy (or his staff, but he’s very hands-on) will help make travel arrangements and he’s very responsive to questions and concerns. If you want to keep costs down and room with other solo travelers, that’s typical, but if you’d rather your own space, the single supplement option is available as well. The details are well communicated, and while weather can affect the day-to-day plans, the guide is always trying to optimize the time and opportunities by adjusting the schedule. I’ve been on six trips so far this year and look forward to traveling again with this company. Great chance to see new locations, revisit favorite ones, and meet new people. Rest assured the owner is reputable and honest, so feel confident in sending payment and supporting a small and attentive business. This was our second trip with Urbanature. This time, we explored the Baltic Shores and had an amazing experience. The trip was well-organized, and Marija, our guide, was excellent—very attentive and helpful.

Had an excellent women-only trip to Morocco with Urbanature Travel. It was very well organized. Our guide Irem was super friendly and ensured our comfort at every step. We had very authentic experiences in Morocco from the food to the hammam and returned home with some incredible friendships.

Amazing day spend with great people. Irem our guide was really attentive and patient. It was a nice adventure with people I didn't know before. We talked, paddled, played and laughed :)

Great hike near Berlin.
Went on the Uckermark Brewery tour hike. Great communication leading up to the hike, with clear instructions about the meeting place plus the hike schedule.
Dan is a great tour guide, with a lot of local knowledge. I really enjoyed the day, especially the beers :)
This is the third day hike I've taken with Urbanature Travel, highly recommend.

Amazing Hiking Experience - Dolomites

Roman and Tom made sure to give us one of the best hiking trips in Europe! From the picturesque Dolomites Alps fields to the gorgeous cooling gorges with waterfalls, we had varied landscapes on all of our three hikes.
Throughout the trip, they have been very accommodating to our needs and just helpful sports along the way.
I would definitely recommend going with them if you are seeking out a dynamic international hiking group to explore the mountains of Europe!

Nothing less than a 5 star. My first time travelling with Urbannature trip and it was an great experience. My tourguide for the trip Irem 😍 she is the best. I reached 20 mins late due to my train schedule and the group sweetly waited for me( of course i felt guilty for making them wait). Enjoyed each and every hour. Lovely group and amazing trip plan. Absolutely amazing day trip we had yesterday at Briesetal! :) Is my second trip with them and I couldnt be more happy!
