Sofa's are lovely , delivery great, but customer service is atrocious. If you have any problems after delivery Goodluck getting any customer service. They will ghost you on instagram

So at first my original review was 5stars!! That was through how I was dealt with and delivery and look of the sofa!! However a day later after sitting on the sofa there came a horrible noise every time you sat on it or even more on it!! I then contacted these guys who asked if I could wait till after Eid! Which I of course did in respect! However still weeks later I am now being ignored!!! So for that I would say avoid the company! Clearly happy Joe they have my money and will no longer correspond with me!

We had a really good experience with the company we ordered u shape Green velvet it come as shown in pictures communications was brilliant Delivery came on time.

Ordered my sofa from urbancomforts and it was made & delivered within a few days ☺️ it’s absolutely beautiful and very comfortable exactly how I asked for it to be made with a chaise etc I would definitely recommend 🙂

We are so happy with how our sofa’s turned out. It turned out better than we imagined. The owner worked with us for every detail we wanted. We have gotten so many compliments for our sofa. I am recommending him to all my friends and relatives!

Absolutely horrible people! Save yourself the hassle and don’t purchase a damn thing!!
Sofa delivered was completely different from what I requested and once I told them they said they would sort it out and since then I’ve been ignored! Messages are being delivered but no one responds. Called are being ignored. Btw I’ve been dealing with this since FEBRUARY 2024!

Found our perfect sofa on Instagram, messaged the seller urban comforts official and arranged to view at their factory to pick colour and material. Sofa was custom made and I could have had it any size, delivery was just over a week later and we are so impressed with our purchase! It’s a lovely large u shape very comfortable and great quality. There was a couple of the cushions missing from delivery which they sorted out and had sent as soon as possible. 10/10 for service and quality. Would highly recommend

Had a really good experience with our sofa from here. They were very patient whilst we decided which sofa we wanted - all the elements were customisable, so we got it to perfectly fit into our room.
Delivery was super quick.
There was a small issue after it was delivered, but I messaged them to explain and they sorted it the next day for us.
Such a reasonable price as well.

My sofa was delivered yesterday initially I was hesitant because the prices were too low to be true surprisingly the sofa arrived and the quality is amazing quick turnaround and exactly upto my expectations. I will definitely recommend them.

Really happy with my experience at Urban comforts i was able to customise my sofa completely and their team was amazing at helping me choose the right fabric, colour and size to fit my space they were super patient and knew excellent what they were doing.
Delivery was smooth and on time and the sofa looks perfect in my home. Highly recommended if you’re looking for something custom and hassle free

I ordered a custom size U shaped sofa from this company. They guided me professionally. Asked every detail of my living room before going ahead. Delivered sofa in just 5 days. They kept me updated throughout the process. I’m very impressed and I’ll definitely be ordering again. 10/10

I am really impressed with this company. From the very first message sent they were so helpful. From picking the right colours, fabrics etc. The sofa is EXACT in terms of measurements. The quality of the fabric is great. The colour is spot on. It's really well stuffed too! The seams, the shape, all great.They delivered what I asked for. And any questions after were responded too. It also came in about a week? Would definitely order again.

Unfortunately we are being ghosted. When I received the sofa I sent them next day all the issues I found. They very politely replied they were sorry but would solve them. We asked how, they never replied. I then told I’d like to take my 14 days return rights and they said they don’t do it and promised they would solve the issues again. I thanked them and asked what was the plan to fix the issues. Never heard back anymore. I was avoiding making this public, but it went beyond the acceptable. I see other people here also faced similar issues. I’ll keep trying to get the issues sorted and try to return the sofa unfortunately.
