Dining table - excellent product and experience

I recently purchased a dining table and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. The team was outstanding — incredibly helpful, responsive, and genuinely personable. Every time I had a question, they got back to me promptly, which made the whole process feel smooth and reliable.
The table itself arrived in excellent condition and was exactly as described. It’s clear they take pride not only in their products but also in their customer service.
I’m very happy with my purchase and the overall experience. I would absolutely shop here again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality furniture and great service.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs! Should have read previous reviews here - silly me. Item was advertised with a vague delivery window. By 3rd week, still no item, and a supposed “delay in stock”. They’ll take your money but avoid sending the product. In dispute with bank now. Beware!

Avoid!

Ordered my chair on 4/1, was sent an email requesting for me to select a delivery date, I selected 13/1. Item didn’t arrive and they have ignored all my attempts to reach them since. Now have to go through the hassle of pursuing it through my bank. Avoid!

Ordered a side table before Christmas

Ordered a side table before Christmas, contacted them first to make sure it will be delivered in time for Christmas. A week before after arranging delivery i took the day off work so I was home for the delivery. The delivery never turned up . On the 18th December I contacted urban deco and was told the item had been damaged and I will be given a full refund , I at to contact them after taking a day off , it would of been nice if they contacted me on the day of delivery. I was told on the 18th that I will be given a full refund which can take 7 to 10 days . On the 5th January no refund so contacted them again and was told my refund would be in my account in 24 hours . 24 hours passed and still no refund so I contacted them again and was told again the money would be in my account within 24 and 48 hours, once again this was a lie and now been told it will take 7 to 10 days for my refund to reach my account . The company are just messers with no communication or care once they receive your money . I would totally avoid this company

or…missing delivery

Have been waiting on a delivery for over two weeks. Was out for delivery on 14th October 25 and still nothing company not very helpful have guvin me excuse after excuse was told I won't get refund until I send it back how can I send something back that I haven't received
