This company does not respond to communications at all. Weeks went by after placing an order with zero activity on actually shipping it. I contacted them 2 times; once to ask what was going on and a second time to cancel my order after there was no response from my first message. Days after my request to cancel, I received an email saying my order was shipped. I had already bought something else to replace what I had ordered from them, but now I'm getting the item I no longer want anyway. I won't bother trying to return it because I know they will never respond. I'm sure this is their MO to avoid returns as SOP. I do not recommend doing business with them. Also, I found the same product on Amazon for half the price.

Cheap Chinese watches. You can find the exact same watches on AliExpress, alibaba, etc. It’s basically a scam site

Urban Designer isn't responding to my request for a return. I've sent two emails using the address in their FAQs, reached out through their Contact Us form, and sent a message through their live chat. I bought two watches for and one didn't work (my requested return) and the other feels cheaply made (but I'm keeping it because it works). I'm very disappointed!

Had two weeks before my unexpected wedding. Figured that’s plenty of time to order a ring. They sat on the order for a whole week before shipping and now it’s due to arrive by usps the day I get married and my mail comes two hours after my wedding time. These people are a joke. Ended up ordering a second ring from Amazon prime with two day shipping that will be here. If you need something quick I would definitely order from somewhere else!

It's one thing to get a good price on a product, but it's an entirely different thing to get that, plus feel like your patronige was appreciated. Great communication and flexability are the hallmarks of great service. Throughout the entire purchace process, I always felt I had options, and that was always respected. Good Job.

I bought a watch for my husband and the centre dials don’t work. I have sent them multiple emails over the last 6 months and used their online chat and that have never replied once. Will never buy from them again!

I was given an engraved wood watch for my birthday from my husband and the band broke. I contacted urban designer and they promptly mailed me a couple extra links, however it didn't fix the problem. So I mailed it in to be fixed. It took a couple months, but they were so nice and fixed the problem, going above and beyond. I would recommend this company and I would also make other purchases.

The watch is beautiful and made for a great gift! It was packed well too, which i appreciate.

I ordered a watch for my fiance on the Dec. 21st paid extra for 1-3 day expedited shipping, nothing comes. I contact customer service and they tell me it's out of stock and offer a similar watch. I say that will work please send it as soon as possible. No response. I reach out again and they say their shipping department will be out until January 3rd. They should not accept payment for orders they can't fill and offer 1-3day for a product they do not have. Had I known the product was out of stock I would have ordered from somewhere else. Next time I'll go to original grain for this style of watch.

I purchased a watch for my husband. Gave it to him on his birthday one week ago. We did everything the instructions stated. The watch keeps dropping time and it stopping. It has been a week of us trying to see if it will perhaps work. I have written urban designer three times with no response. My only option left is to maybe take the "new" watch to a shop and maybe pay the cost of the watch to have it looked at or throw it away. This shop feels like a scam

I simply asked to exchange my ring for a correct size. I used their size guide and it was still too big. They refuse to communicate, and will not exchange my ring.

I ordered a ring and paid for 1-3 day shipping. It came over a month late. I attempted to contact the shop but was unable to. The ring was very poor quality and I would have liked to return it but again was unable to get a response from anyone
