Liars AND Thieves
They will take your money and not send you the order. They will NEVER reply to an email asking where it is.
This company is just thieves.
STAY AWAY
No delivery and excuses
I ordered in November and after multiple lies and "deliverying the next days" they haven't send me anything. I then cancelled the order, since I waited more than long enough and gave them a deadline, which they also let pass.

I don’t recommend this site because i passes an order the 21th April and since then after 3 weeks i don’t have any news, no one is answering my emails or the phone, i think the money are lost.Be careful with them
A giant long term lie
This people had absolutely no idea how to manage a company nor how to treat customers. They lied, infinite times. On delivery delays, on bike problems, on technical details (once they even tried to convince me that aluminum rusts!!!). Everything.
The bikes were not even made in Berlin, but in Taiwan and then assembled in Berlin (look for Seic Bikes).
They were not replying to email nor to phone calls.
It really felt like they were just a bunch of scammers and it's absolutely no surprise that they shut down for good.
I wonder what they told to the investors of MotionLab to keep the lights on for so long.
New UK Agent has informed me that the German Principle has gone into Preliminary Insolvency (30122022)
I really wanted to buy the Uni Boost e-scooter!
Responses from Germany were very slow, but always polite.
I then discovered a new UK agent. The director quoted me for the supply of a scooter through the UK. I then asked about adding some accessories. This is when the 'Wheels came-off'.
In summary, he didnt know the product(s) he was selling. The technical knowledge from either 'party' (UK or Gemany) was very poor. This become evident when I asked about 'IP ratings'.
After waiting five days for a response from the UK guy, I sent a polite prompt.
The response from the UK Agent was that that they could not now supply any products, as german entity had gone into preliminary insolvency.
Im very lucky not to have placed an order and lost £2k.
Sorry for anyone who is going to loose their living and anyone that has placed an order but wont receive their goods. Very sad.
Stay well clear....
Stay well clear. Lots of issues and spent so much time trying to deal with them i can't be bothered to waste anymore time writing a long review. But wanted to warn people and they can proceed at their own risk. I had heard the poor reviews were fake and to look at facebook for a true reflection. Given my experience i would say most definately they're not fake. In short, terrible customer service, refused to take back a faulty bike, rude staff that are very difficult to get hold of or reply to emails unless you interested in making a new purchase and generally the bikes are poor quality - they look OK in photos but are just tubes of metal welded together with a battery attached and a very basic control panel. If you're ok with this quality of bike you could just do what all the deliveroo drivers do and buy a normal bike and attach motor and control panel. In general the bikes are no where near as good quality as other ebike makes like vanmoof, cowboy etc. and don't have all the clever tech, theft protection etc. At the price they're selling these bikes and have spent a bunch of time riding one around i would opt for another brand....
Very very bad service
Very very bad service ! If you need anything, help or assistance on your bike you can forget it ! Once you’ve paid your bike nobody will help you with the possible troubles your bike gets. My battery stops working once I’ve past the 5000 km mark and since then nobody answer. No one there got the time to help you with anything. Yes it’s a beautiful bike, but a beautiful bike at 3300€ that have a lifelong of 24 month.
Dont buy that.
6 months and no bike
I ordered a bike from their Scotland distributer almost 6 months ago. Still waiting for it with a new excuse every month.
Awful
Bought 20x4 tyres with the recommended inner tubes only to find that the tyres are not actually 20x4 and that's why the inner tubes exploded. When we emailed about the inner tubes exploding they said it's our fault for over inflating them. When we found out it was because the tyre was the wrong size and emailed them about it...crickets. They have not responded. I wish I paid via PayPal because now I'm having to dispute the transaction with my bank.
Don't get deceived by the looks!
I bought a new UNI MK nearly 2 years ago. I had to follow up on the order a few times due to delay, and when I finally received the bike, it came in a mandatory but thin cardboard box heightening the cost by 100 euros. It had clearly been dropped to one side during transport, due to the steering wheel poking through the box with scratches on the brake handle. I was told to paint it myself.
The order included an extra metal storage box to go under the seat, but the one installed was not the same as the one I ordered. The explanation I got was that the other was out of stock.
The timing of the order was due to a promotion offer including a 100-euro voucher that I didn’t receive. It took some communication back and forth pointing out the promotion-mail they send me as well as everybody else on their mailing list. At the end I received the voucher.
Also, I had to tweak the brake system before fully enjoying my bike due to noise issues.
Later on, I bought lots of upgrades and accessories, but every single time I came across different issues needing to be dealt with. Often these parts would only be shipped after sending an email asking about it. I also bought an extension specifically for use with the “Ortlieb QL3.1” pannier bags as advertised just to learn, that this system made the bags impossible to mount. Afterwards I discovered that the bike already was build to fit this system even without the extension (more or less). Additionally I bought an extra wheel with the motor included for easy puncture fix, but the one I received was different from the one I ordered, which meant that I also needed a new cassette. I did get that one for free although I had to pay for the shipment.
Lately the rear mudguard fell off the bike while riding due to rust and punctured the bike. I did address this problem earlier on, and it doesn’t even involve the whole bike, but different spots with huge rust issues. I was told that daily use requires daily maintenance, although there’s no problem with the front mudguard as of yet. They didn't even reply last time I contacted them about this issue.
At this point I wouldn't recommend this bike anymore. Especially with "costumer service" in mind. You'd have to be very patient, be prepared to write an email every time you put in an order as well as expect the bike to end up costing a lot more than first anticipated. Luckily there’s a lot of different fat bike alternatives by other companies, that you might want to check out instead.
Bought the UniMoke
Bought the UniMoke. Really cool bike. I'm 1,75 meters and I found that it drives comfortably. Customer service was nice and quick. Only 'downside' I would say is that when you ride over bumps, you do quite feel it in your behind. I think putting in one of those foam tire fillers in the back will solve that though. Driving with two is super fun and comfortable on this bike, and you could even drive with two adults and a child on the front.
I loved my bike for the first moment
I loved my bike for the first moment. Riding every day with my daughter and her friends. It took a while until I got it ( 9 weeks) but this seems to be fast given the moment circumstances.
Disappointing
Disappointing. Great bike done over 2,000 miles on it, crap customer service, crap after sales, crap delivery. I'm guessing they got too big too quickly, such a shame.
I love my new Urban Drivestyle bike
I love my new Urban Drivestyle bike. Life changing. Took me 15 min to build it up before I did my first ride. Pure Fahrfreude. was worth the wait, but hey it is a fully customized bike. Every time you are out, people look and want to talk. Others than that unexpected social element, I am so much faster in the city and safe fuel:-). When i wasdoing my order , I had a question and the service via email and phone was great. I even could make a last change after the order was done. Because the manufacture them in Berlin by hand (and you dont receive a standard bike from asia). Thx UD
Great company, incredible bikes!
Purchased a Bobber two years ago and have since bought add ons for the bike (long seat, lights, mudguards, pegs, spare battery etc) and I couldnt be happier with my purchase(s)! The bike is really well built, designed beautifully and rides like a dream. I use my bike almost everyday (either commuting or just for fun) and have essentially replaced my car with it.
My experience of purchasing from UD over the last few years has always been positive. Yes the time it took for my bike to arrive from when I purchased was a few months but before buying it I knew it was being built specifically to my requirements and wouldn't be an "off the peg" kind of purchase. The people I have dealt with at UD have always been responsive, informative and helpful. Would highly recommend this company and their products!

This is a fake Company
This is a fake Company, who steel you’re money. They owe me 200€
Very good quality bikes.
I bought a UDX Panza which a received in February. Overall the bike is great, it has a few minor drawbacks (see below) which aren't avoidable in my opinion.
Pro's:
-The bike looks absolutely awesome! Everywhere I go people are complementing me about it, turning their heads, asking me questions about it
- Handling is really good.
- It feels really firm and strong.
- I took it apart several times, because I modified it, had to change the tires, etc. And what I can say from that is: This really is German engineering! Everything is attached really well, brackets are really strong, every where possible stainless steel bolts and nuts are used, accessories and bike parts are all from well known, good quality manufacturers,... Long story short I don't think the build quality can get any better.
Con's, this is more nit-picking than anything else, but nothing is perfect and I want to give my honest review here:
- The pedals are placed quite low, so it's very easy to hit them on the street in the corners (easier than with other bicycles).
- The fenders are prone to rust, so maintaining them well and cleaning them often is advised. Would be nice if they could offer plastic or aluminium fenders.
- Communication with the company can be difficult at times and there is definitely room for improvement. I had several discussions with them through e-mail, there have been misunderstandings and mistakes have been made. However they went the extra mile to set things straight and in the end I am a very happy customer.
- As last, this is not really a con, but more like a warning to feature customers: Don't be fooled by the fat tires and the full suspension on the bike, this is not an off-road bike (hence the name Urban Drivestyle I guess). The suspension is quite basic but works good enough on the road.
lie,rude and unprofessional
Was told the bike been made and shiped with a tracking number, few weeks later i email to find out where the bike is, few days later get a phone call and get told the bike has not even been made, i at the point now where i been told two week and the bike be made then two week arfter that i should have the bike. i ask for image of the bike before it ships, my trust in the comapny is at all time low, all thay need to do is send a email saying sorry its been delayed. i don't mind waiting but to be lie to is just rude and unprofessional.
