I ordered some items from Urban Grow to service my secateurs. The items were despatched promptly but when the envelope arrived the contents was missing. I contacted Urban Grow and explained. I was aware that saying the envelope was empty must have seemed very ‘fishy’ but after sending a photo of the packaging the replacements were promptly resent. I appreciated the way they dealt with my issue, and the goods - the RHS wanted twice as much for the same items.

I've placed several orders with Urban Grow Ltd, the most recent bring for Niwaki Winter gloves.
Every order has been competitively priced, quality merchandise delivered promptly and efficiently for a reasonable charge.
What's not to love?
I recommend this company highly for choice, quality, value for money and customer service.

We purchased a Clifford Powder Coated Bottomless Cylindrical Planter for our garden water feature. Ordering was straightforward and was given a time when it would be ready. Received the planter as planned however whoever wrapped it had too many Weetabix for breakfast with the result that when we received it it was more the shape of an egg rather than a circle. Contacted Urban grow and sent photos to confirm the shape and they were extremely helpful by ordering a replacement straight away and having the original collected from us. When we received the replacement it was perfect. Excellent service from Rachael and Richard at Urban grow and a good quality item. We would recommend them for quality products and great customer service.

I have used cordon steel planters a water feature, edging and a large vase. The products are excellent very robust and of very high quality. The customer service has been superb very informative and really nice to deal with.

Fantastic help, getting a greenhouse over to us in Northern Ireland was no problem. Will look forward to shopping with them again, but can't say I want to build another greenhouse any time soon!

We ordered two planters from Urban Grow and had them planted up with yew topiary balls. They look fabulous. The quality is first class and a great improvement over the garden centre variety we had had before. Great service and lovely to deal with as well. Thank you very much.

Great customer service. Gave me great advice when choosing the correct product for the space. I was kept updated with lead times and delivery dates, and the Item arrived as described and within the time slot allocated to me. 10/10 would recommend to friends.

Fab furniture and great customer service!

I ordered two corston steel planters and was quoted a 4 week lead time. After four weeks there was not word and I emailed and was told delivery would be the following week. I made sure to stay in all day to receive and it did not arrive. I tried to contact Urban Grow but there was no response to email or telephone. I did receive a response on the online chat which said they would look into it. I then received an email later the following day to tell me the delivery would take place the next day and for me to ring for a 2 hour slot. I tried to ring/email and use the online chat but no response. I am now coming to the afternoon of my second day waiting in, but with no communication of when the planters will be delivered, or if in fact they will even arrive at all. Very poor customer service.

Ordered placed on December 14th and still not received on December 21st due to Yodel being terrible - I attempted to phone customer services with no response, so forced to place an order elsewhere to ensure I had something for Christmas Day.

The item then did arrive so I sought a return. Urban Grow were quick to make it my fault, told I should of emailed - despite leaving a voicemail and requiring immediate action. Urban Grow then refused to even cover cost of return shipping.

My wife and I ordered some patio furniture from Urban Grow. We had a query and rang for more information. Richard couldn't have been more helpful and gave us very helpful advice, whereupon we placed an order at 11am. The patio furniture was dispatched straightaway and received by us at 2:30pm the following day. That is what I call super service! Thank you, Richard, and thank you, Urban Grow!

We bought 3 planters for our terrace and they are fantastic. Really well made, a very good weight and exceptional value for money. Really good and quick customer service too.

We ordered four large Corten Steel planters from Urban Grow and are very happy with them. The business owner got in touch really quickly to answer a query I had and we had some really good customer service from them. The planters arrived quickly and the shipping was tracked so there were options to change the date, with the items being so big we needed to be home to receive them. The planters arrived in perfect condition and well packaged. They’ve already weathered beautifully and are now that bright rusty orange colour which blends so well with our garden renovation. Thank you, recommended business.

Ordered a Haws watering can which I realised after filling had a manufacturer defect, Urban Grow sorted it out quickly with no fuss or bother. I would use them again, lovely selection.

Ordered a pizza oven and it is absolutely fantastic! They cook in about 60 seconds.
