I purchased a dog ramp on February 12th but have not received anything. Numerous emails have been sent with only a reply to one saying they had staffing issues and I should be patient. Based on the other reviews here, it's obviously a scam company. Do not use them.
I purchased and paid for a dog ramp January 26th. After waiting weeks it showed as delivered on the tracking. I got in touch they agreed to send another. Again after weeks it was not delivered even though tracking said it was. I can’t afford to lose £32 . Got in touch with them again and now they are refusing to respond. Therefore I think this could be a scam and so advise people NOT to use this company under any circumstances.
Ordered dog ramp 9th February. Nothing has arrived. Contacted by me 3 times, not acknowledged or replied to. I feel I have been scammed. PLEASE people take care.
