I ordered a bed , was delivered a defective bed in two days.
Told the assembler Vasudev not to assemble but forced to get the assembling done.
He said Munna polish guy would visit. He came but again forwarded the complaint to Sonu, the team head or product delivery head.
He assured that it would be replaced.
But after 20 days also nothing has been done.
All three are not picking my calls.
Very rude behaviour of Munna

The cancellation policy is absolute bullshit. We wanted to cancel our order just 3 days after we confirmed it we sent a dozen emails and contacted the support team multiple times in the end they delayed the products until they were dispatched making them ineligible for cancellation.
Urban Ladder Product quality poor
Urban Ladder — Extremely disappointed with the quality and after-sales support.
We purchased a queen size Sheesham bed (~₹60,000) from Urban Ladder for our guest room. It was sparingly used, yet within a few years the bed has developed major cracks and structural weakness — something completely unacceptable for a premium solid-wood product at this price point.
What’s more concerning is the service experience:
• Your repair team inspected it and confirmed the cracks were due to weak internal support/poor construction, not misuse
• We even agreed to paid repair, yet no resolution was provided
• Multiple follow-ups with customer care went nowhere
• Repeated visits to the HSR Layout store resulted only in “we’ll call you back” — but no calls
• Finally, we were told to get it repaired outside, which is shocking for a brand that markets itself as premium furniture
Customers don’t spend ₹60,000 on a bed expecting it to fail in 3–5 years with almost no usage.
This is not just a product quality issue — it’s a complete lack of accountability and after-sales support.
Sharing this here so other customers are aware, and is cautious before buying any product !

Extremely Disappointing Experience with Urban Ladder – Zero Accountability
I had a terrible experience with Urban Ladder, HSR. after purchasing a shoe rack and a bookshelf. First of all, the delivery itself took 10 days. On top of that, both products required self-assembly, which is fine in theory, but in reality it was a complete mess.
They did not provide enough hardware, many parts were mismatched. For the shoe rack, some boards were damaged and the glue provided does not stick properly at all. The screw markings were inaccurate, making it impossible to assemble correctly without force and guesswork. This clearly shows poor quality control and zero attention to detail.
The worst part is not even the product quality – it is the service. I personally visited the Urban Ladder store to get help. Instead of taking ownership, initially they pushed to the “vendor” and taken videos, user manuals, and part details. For the second product, they asked for the same documentation. Even after sharing everything, there has been absolutely no resolution.
First, they said the vendor team will check. Then it was escalated to the manager. After that, it went to the “internal team.” The only thing that kept changing was the excuse and the team name. No one ever actually tried to solve the problem. No replacement, no proper technician support, no accountability.
What makes this even more frustrating is that the salesperson had confidently promised at the time of purchase that any issues after delivery would be fully taken care of. I even have the conversation as proof. But once the money was paid and the product was delivered, all those promises vanished. No one followed through.
My strong advice: Do not buy from Urban Ladder, HSR. Do not trust their promises. Do not expect support after delivery. You will only get delays, excuses, and frustration. Save your time, money, and peace of mind by staying away from this store.
Bought a sofa
Bought a sofa, looks okay, but has a third leg in between for support. Also the frame appears to be very weak and with kids playing at home, I don't think the sofa will last long. Not happy, nor can recommend urbanladder to anyone.

Can't begin to explain how pathetic the experience had been with Urban Ladder. I had ordered a sofa last year with a warranty of 3 years. Now when I asked for services they refused stating that its damaged cause of us. The sofa is under normal use and its still damaged. They are not bothered about the quality

but what's the experience ; not nice at all
we visited local experience (HYD kondapur) center to get a feel , the staff showed us 'Amora' and told the seating experience and foam/upholestry will be of a similar nature and it's then we ordered online 'Henreita'

the seating is very firm ; you get the feeling of sitting on a cotton mattress
the sofa doesn't appear to be sturdy ; you want to sit gingerly on the sofa; ideally u want to be far more relaxed and not so cautious about what's going to happen
see the video, and you'd notice it's wobbles a bit giving you that jittery feeling
This cannot be resolved over phone but hopefully they send a technician / experience guy and help us understand if the product is intended to be like that; in which case i'd advise dont buy without experience and just going by the brand /their claims

Urband ladder should stop misleading customers with fake “warranty” assurances when your products are built with poor-quality materials. Within just 6 months, my bed developed fungus for the second time. This is not bad luck — this is a clear material and manufacturing failure.
The use cheap cardboard and low-grade internal material in premium-priced furniture, making it highly vulnerable to moisture and fungus. And when customers report it, your customer support conveniently says they “can’t do anything” about it. So what exactly is your warranty for?
Furniture is supposed to last for years, not rot within months. Offering excuses and helpless responses after the damage is done is nothing but a cover-up for poor quality.
Customers pay premium prices for durability, trust, and peace of mind — not repeated failures, health risks, and total lack of accountability.
Fix your materials. Fix your standards. Stop selling fragile products at premium prices.

Bought a sofa from Urban Ladder 3 months ago. Cushions sagged already. I even paid extra for their extended warranty, but repair has been a nightmare. Promised 5–7 days, it’s been 20+ days and still no sofa. Terrible after-sales service. Stay away from Urban Ladder.
Customer support non existant after payment
If you are lucky to receive the furniture without any damage then it's okay. But by mistake if there is an issue with the product then only God can save you. Customer support is of no use and thanks to its no refund policy. Happy calling Customer care forever😀

Urbanladder, it will not be unfair if we call it Urbanscammer.
After paying Rs 4,20,000 and continuously waiting for more than 60 days, urbanladder(now part of one of reliance industries limited) have installed modular kitchen in an unprofessional and pathetic mannar(cabinet lights fell down within a day) and many items like cutlery tray, cabinet handles etc are still not delivered and instaled. I observed that every team in urbanladder is just following only one instruction that is to manipulate the client to pay 100% amount before completion of work and once they get 100% payment then they never respond to your queries and they will completely focus on trapping new clients.
It was my one of the most worst experience with a brand. Urban laddar has already forced us to made 100% payment but the team doesn't knows what's in their scope of work, the modular kitchen installation was almost done and the team told me that they are not aware on copper pipe and cabinet lights fitting and at the end they need to do lot of rework to install the same. Daily I was wasting my time with the installation team and was a nightmare for me.
