I brought a shirt mentioned pink but received faded off white. Worst product

Worst Service Ever – Total Fraud!
They offer the worst return and refund service. First, they don’t even pick up the product on time — you have to complain multiple times just to get it collected. Even after pickup, they never refund your money.
This is one of the most pathetic companies I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve been following up on my refund for over 10 days now, and every time they just say, “We’ll assist you in 4–5 business days.” Well, it’s way past that, and still nothing!
Now, they’re not even picking up my calls or responding to messages. They don’t help you, they just give excuses.
I’m warning everyone — DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They are frauds and will waste your time and money.

This website doesnt even deserve one star. They have eaten 10,000 rupees on pretext of delivering plants and havent delivered anything. They say theyve done work for Jio gardens and they make themselves sound all big but its a scam website and the moment payment is made they stop receiving calls and on continous follow up say unwell..

Me order jeans...the said jeans was not fitting properly...den me return the product n ask for refund....till date no refund...no response from whatsapp...no response from call or no mail response.....my amount 953 gone😔pls don't purchase anything from Urbano it's a fraud

Paid Rs. 977 for three plants on 27th Nov 2024. Received nothing till date (19.12.2024). Tried reaching email and contact numbers given on site but not response to email or mobile number. Have even tried calling the number but no response.

Placed order on 13th Sept for bamboo lights. Haven’t received anything yet. No one picks up the phone and no response on email also.
Lost my 3000 Rs.!!

I happened to see these reviews only after I felt there's something fishy because soon after my order (which I placed for COD) got placed someone called and offered 15% off for online payment which I got succumbed and made the gpay for 780₹ and got the acknowledgement on WhatsApp too...after that it's almost a week there's no response in WhatsApp or on call... everything is switched off ...such a fraudulent company...I have raised a complaint with National consumer cell of GOI using their app today and also placed a fake order on COD for 3.5K + ...but so far no reply 🤑

Urbano.in is a complete fraud website the person did not deliver the plants and he on the phone lap mentioned they have done orders for JIO world garden.

After payment they stopped answering phone calls and have just run away with the money.

ITS a fraud company. please beware

I ordered a pant from urbano, then I wasn't satisfied with that so then I returned it, then they received it by very quick by within hours. They didn't refund my money around like month and still.
Scam website never order anything.

URBANO.IN is completely a Fraud web site. on 4th February 2024 I had ordered for 9 Indoor Plants and paid an amount of Rs. 3,224/-. Initially one Mr. Pranab replied saying there were some problems and there was delay in delivering the consignment. The delay is continuous and now they do not reply to any mail. Please be careful when you deal with this company. They are only there to cheat and eat our money. Planning to file case against this FRAUD Company.

Have already posted a 1 star review earlier. Have now upgraded it to 4 star. So, I ordered 2 bamboo lights on 15th November.. delivered on 14th January. I get that these are shipped from Agartala..so ,genuine handcrafted items. The only problem is late delivery ( especially for those used to prompt Amazon deliveries).

Communication..good..called up once and they said the delay is because of too many Diwali orders.
Delivery..late. they could have told at the time of booking that it would take 2 months

Nothing new went wrong this time. They remain wrong as they are always. The worst online business people. They never deliver orders once paid. No suggestions for improvement as they are not going to improve

Honestly, they don't even deserve a single star. It's basically a fraud website, on the pretext of which they take orders and never fulfil them.Placed the order for 3 cane light fittings on 8th November and still haven't received them.
They don't receive the calls or respond to messages.
If you place the orders with them, consider your money gone.

A complete fraud company. They will ask you to pay in advance and after that products will never be delivered. The owner of the company Pranab Debnath is a liar who used to speak with me before placing order. his partner Debajyoti Dam is another fraud. Both are minting money without delivering products to its customer. Their website urbano.in is a source of cheating people and making easy money. I placed an order and its been 8 months, products have not been delivered. They just keep tellie lies about sending it next week whenever i call. Their scam has to be reported to police.

Fraud company, be aware of payment before delivery. I have ordered 1 lamp set and 3 food basket from URBANO about 2.5 months back . After many follow-up they have sent the lamp set which I have received in damaged condition. The food baskets has not been delivered at all. I have raised the concern with the company and shared the damaged lamp set as well but no actions been taken. I have done multiple follow-ups with the sales executive and the owner, initially they promised to deliver the products and replace the damaged lamp set but after few days they stopped answering my call and also the items are not delivered. Please be aware before purchasing anything with your had earned money. 🙏

Unfortunately a Fraud company with no ethics. They never deliver anything on time even after several followups. Initial few calls were answered. They were unable to deliver items that were ordered 2 months ago and have stopped answering calls since the day I asked for a refund. Pathetic customer support. Pls do not buy anything from them.

www. urbano.in just a fraud company. Please dont pay any thing in advance or buy any item from them. In my cases I have placed order for two item and they just send one item after 10 days of follow up..When I receive the item I found one itme is missing. When I called them they did not receive the call and did not respond at all...Completely fraud company...Just dont go buy the item they r showing in there site...Its completely fraud company I cen tell you. I have files a complained in cyber cell of Tripura about the same and waiting for there update. I can see lot of people have faced similiar issue. Please raise this to cyber cell immediately and file a complaint with consumer complain forum and publish your review in online platform so that this people will never cheat or do fraudulent transaction with any one.

Urbano.in is fraud.. i made the payment for 3 plant ls but they delivered only 2 plants out of which 1 is totally damaged. They promised me that they'll replace the damaged plant but nothing was sent. They are not even responding my calls and whatapp

They DONOT DELIVER ordered products.
They promptly called and requested for prepayment instead of the COD order I had initially placed promising quicker delivery.
After multiple calls they dispatched only 2 of out 5 plants ordered and that was delayed in delivery by 5-6 days. I was delivered near dead plants. And now anyone other than the management trainee refuses to come on the phone citing ‘busy with work’ as an excuse. They don’t deliver products and refuse to refund the amount. Plants were ordered nearly a month ago with delivery promised within 4-5 days. There are more negative reviews on other websites.
