I never received my item
I never received my item. Although your delivery service said that the item was delivered and signed for. I never signed for any package. When I contacted urban revival they never offered me a replacement as a courtesy gesture. I am out of a $150 pair of boots that I waited a whole year to come back into stock in my size. Awful customer service!!!!!!!

ITEMS RECEIVED ARE NOT WHAT WAS ADVERTISED
Clothes arrived so rumpled and crinkled as if they had been chewed up and spat out by a dog! It’s impossible to iron these garments due to their state! I reached out to them on their social media no answer but they had been quick to respond pre-sales. Please sort this out before I raise a credit card claim. Items I bought are NOT what you advertised. You don’t advertise wrinkly, twisted clothes which are impossible to iron. Compensate or refund me ASAP! Disgusting!

Excellent quality and excellent customer service
I recently made a decent sized order and the delivery carrier left the package on the sidewalk not within my community. Of course it was stolen. Urban Revivo was very responsive and resent me my items again which arrived very quickly. Everything was beautifully made and the quality is amazing. Their customer service was outstanding and I will definitely be shopping with them again and recommending them to friends.

I do love the kind of stuff offered on taobao or shein but they're ALWAYS cheap feeling and I like good quality items. It was influenced by a YouTuber. The design of the dress is perfect, and gorgeous color, beautiful handcraft! However, the fabric looks like a cheap cotton, so easily get wrinkled! Unless you wear it without movements, otherwise when you sit or any movements will create a lot of wrinkles! It’s just waste of design and handcraft! I didn’t return because they charge for return fee and return policy is not user friendly, long process! Probably won’t buy from them again!

Return policy is a turn-off
I got sucked in from watching a review on YouTube. Shipping speed was decent, quality was ok: comparable to what you would get on Amazon. Sizing information was atrocious and unclear.The return policy is one of the reasons why I never will buy there again. This day and age I appreciate that I can return things if they don’t fit but what I do not appreciate is paying for the return shipping.

I had an amazing experience with Urban Revino. I heard about this brand from my favorite fashion influencer, and I had to try. With that said, I had issues with my initial order and the response time that UR took to take care of my issue was unmatched. It is rare that costumer service is so punctual and kind but that is what I experienced. True attention to detail and investment in customer experience ! I absolutely loved the dress, but cut very small
I absolutely loved the dress and great quality. But it runs extremely small. They stated that exchanges are not processed at this time but maybe in the future. My only choice was to return and repurchase. When trying to return, I had to pay for the return. The dress is so beautiful that I bought a much larger size and may have to get it tailored. I refuse to pay to return it again.

Bought a few times and was happy for most purchases. They are all very well made. However, the size info can be improved. For example, the size of a short sleeves dress was given the measurements of the sleeves and length of the dress but the chest info was missing which is important especially some fabric is not stretchy to give extra room. Also, it would be great to offer free returns. Because it’s likely to be costly to return, I have to keep everything that I bought even though some pieces don’t fit well.
