Ordered my item on 29th Oct. Emailed them on 6th Nov and got an email reply stating my ordered would be delivered that week and I would get a tracking number, this did not happen. I emailed a further three times with no response from the company, final email I requested a refund but that definitely isn't going to happen. Avoid, they are theives
