Really fast and easy
Really fast and easy, the delivery driver Dean was incredibly nice, even though I wasn't able to pick up the phone first time he delivered. He was still patient. The website was incredibly useful to navigate. But, the email sent for payment being in spam folder was a little bit of a trouble but that is all.

Although the company hadn't provided the estimated arrival time, the driver would call before 10 mins and arrived on time, carefully packed and loaded my belongings into their truck. Their customer service team also replied my emails instantly. The price is also fair, so the overall experience is great.

Amazing Company with lovely staff!
Urban Spaceman Storage are amazing! I have used them for many years now. They are super efficient and friendly. Always happy to accommodate when I have required quick/ last minute access to my boxes. Recently I needed to purchase a number of cardboard boxes, Urban Spaceman Storage responded within minutes of my email and within a couple of hours they had delivered the boxes to my home address… and this was a Friday afternoon, thank you!!! Very happy customer and would definitely recommend this company for all your storage needs!
