Late delivery, poor service, cold food

The order was 15 minutes late. When we phoned the take away they lied saying they had phoned us 4 or 5 times. There were no missed calls on my Just Eat registered mobile number. The pizza, kebab and fries were barely warm and so were not enjoyable. All in all this was not good and a complete waste of £20. Take it from me, Urban Spice are not worth ordering from. We will certainly not order from them again. Also the delivery driver beeped his horn and phoned as if he expected us to come to his vehicle and collect our order. All in all a take away to be avoided in the future
