Not a good quality company. I ordered a shirt XL and it was more like a medium ill fitted, see through, thin, weird material shirt. The image on the front was faded, blurry, had print lines through it, uneven and just really really bad quality. The shirts they show in their pictures are nothing like what you get. They come from Singapore and are just cheaply made and a very poor rendition of the real item. Most definitely not worth the money spent. Also, they shipped my shirt without any receipt. Clearly we all know why. They are not a good company to shop from. Don't waste your time or money, I promise you'll be sorry that you did. If I could post a picture of the shirt I received compared to what I was thinking I would get, I would. I hate cheap companies like this.

I ordered a jacket for my boyfriend for Christmas. I actually changed my mind about it the next day and emailed them and asked if they could cancel the order and they said no because they have already packaged it and shipped it. Then a week later I received an email saying "Congratulations, your order has just been shipped!", so they obviously told me that it was shipped when it actually wasn't just so they wouldn't have to refund me. Anyways, I waited over a month and kept checking the tracking and finally one day the tracking said that it has been delivered to my home. But it was never delivered. I checked everywhere and called the mailing office, etc. I emailed Urban Stox a bunch of times and they basically told me they would not refund me and that it wasn't their problem I never received my package. I have never in my entire life "lost" a package, ever. So what a "coincidence" that it was suddenly lost when I had bought from this sketchy website. They never apologized once or tried to figure out a solution for me. So yeah, I lost 65 dollars for no reason and also waited over a month for nothing. I wish there was such thing as a zero star review.

For all of the reason listed on the other reviews, DO NOT BUY ANY OF THESE PRODUCTS! What I do want to know is what I can do about it. If anyone reading this is versed in how to allow that no one else is cheated by this crappy company. I'm appalled at this and rather upset that this has gone on this long and no one has been able to refund, or close out this fraudulent practice - and actual theft. I do wish I'd read the reviews, but now I plan to make it a mission to ensure these idiots are stopped.

I did not receive my product for xmas present and the seller's communication was utterly poor as he suggested the alternative of my $68 purchase a cheap $20 tie. They still have my money and did not refund me and no reply to my emails. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM

I got a shirt from them and I can say it has been the worse quality shirt i have ever gotten

First of all, U R B A N S T O X is based in Singapore, which the website doesn't tell you. A large shirt will not fit a 12 year old boy in the US. I emailed the compay to find out how to return it and guess what? You cant. You can pay more than double what you paid for the item to return it FOR STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONLY.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY ARE A SHADY COMPANY TRYING TO TAKE ADVANTAGE.

It's been a month and no delivery, they said the package was put in my mailbox but nothing. been trying to contact them and it would take a day or 2 to get a reply from them. I would love to get my money back.

I ordered a jacket which arrived in a timely manner. Too bad it came not true to size or color. I emailed Urban Stox and 2 days later a Matt Johnson wrote me back saying they apologize. That is all they could offer to help me. A return was welcomed at my expense; however, the cost was the same as the item itself.

Exactly the same as the other comments. Awful experience. Rude customer service and poor quality goods shipped from aliexpress!!

No company details known. Return address is in Singapore, and customer service advised me to top up $39 paypal for shipping and admin fees and they would send new item instead of sending it back to them.
You can actually buy all of Urbanstox's clothes on AliExpress.com directly yourself for half price.

If you make a complaint to Urbanstox, then they block you from all social media..

They ship their items from aliexpress, like a previous reviewer said. They obviously have zero quality control and packages come from different addresses. I believe they are just dropshippers.. Took months to get the items, and refused to provide a refund to an upset customer. The quality is horribly cheap, with loose threads and missing buttons. NOT WORTH THE MONEY. I was horrified to receive them. They sell them for 300-400% markup. Just do a reverse google on their stolen pictures and their customer service is non-existent.

Hello, I recently bought some contemporary and modern clothing from Urbanstox.com (Urbanstox) and what I got was horrible clothing. First of all, Urbanstox took forever to ship. Im talking like 1-2 months. The tags on the clothing were in Chinese. What I have realized, is that Urbanstox (Urbanstox.com) is just a reseller. Urbanstox buys from aliexpress for very cheap prices, and resells at 2x-3x the price they bought it from. I spent 150$ on Urbanstox and the clothes are cheaper than Walmart clothes. Also, the only good review on this website is from a person who lives in San Francisco California. How weird, the only good review is from the city where Urbanstox is based? I rate Urbanstox a 1/10. If I could rate it worse, trust me, I would. Don't buy from Urbanstox.com!

Absolutely horrible experience. THe first review is bang on!
Loved the stuff online- decided to order. The order was supposed to arrive within 14 bus days.. I emailed after it did not arrive and no response from anyone. 2 months later it showed up with an address from Shanghai, China.
The clothes were so cheaply made, dirty, ripped threads, missing buttons, see-through and cheaper material then a dollar store bedsheet. (no lie).
I reasearched the company and read about scams, fraud etc and sent the company an email telling them that I want a full refund and shipping their horrible clothes back. they didnt even apologize for their horrible service and just said- ship to a certain address in san fransico and they will give a store credit. I told them I will never buy from them again and the bank even investigated. They have fake accounts that show up as paybal not their business company. They are being investigated.

Let me make this as simple as possible...
1) you order from Urbanstox.com at inflated prices
2) the team from Urbanstox places your order through a vendor at AliExpress.com at 1/3rd or 1/4th the price
3) often, you received ill fitted clothes with chinese tags directly from China
4) you make a complaint to Urbanstox, then they block you from all social media

Urbanstox is nothing but a middle man.

You can actually buy all of Urbanstox's clothes on AliExpress.com directly yourself. Don't be fooled by this con website.

My order took about 2 months to arrive reason being their items are shipped directly from China!

Also the quality was not even close to what is being advertised on their website and social media pages .

On to of it all they have a no refund policy which in my case I would have to pay them $45 per item to exchange so at the end of the day I am paying an extra $45 for an item which is already marked up 400%

Their email respone takes about 1 week.

I do not recommend to anyone for I just lost $300 in not fitting horrible quality material.

There is no return address, and customer service advised me to top up $39 paypal for shipping and admin fees and they would send new item instead of sending it back to them. Informed them that it would be cheaper for us to send it back,and could they send a return address ASAP. Haven't heard back from them yet.
