Excellent customer service with fantastic prices
Price was fantastic compared to other retailers! Unfortunately my sunglasses were out of stock in the uk warehouse but I had a WhatsApp to say that they could be sourced from the European warehouse (at no extra cost) but delivery would take slightly longer. I was very impressed with this option and the communication was very consistent throughout!

Excellent customer service
I ordered some sunglasses for my husband due to them being a great price. Unfortunately there were some delays with the delivery which were out of the companies hands, throughout the delay they were really responsive to messages and couldn’t have done more in the situation to help and resolve the issue, it was fantastic customer service of the kind you don’t see that often any more. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again or to recommend them.
