Great range of escooters. Bought 2 scooters for myself and my wife. The scooters arrived packaged very well. Communication from the company since the point of order to delivery was perfect. Would order again.

I bought an E-Go folding ebike and I would definitely buy from Urban Travel again. I had some pre-purchase questions and Elliot responded to my communication immediately even on a Sunday! My e-bike arrived well packaged and on time. I needed to go to the manufacturers (E-Go) website to understanding how to fit the mudguards and find out which screws went where and how to fold the bike properly, other than this, everything was very good indeed. Thanks Urban Travel.

Only hiccup was UPS whose delivery system went pear shaped changing delivery times and dates with no notification.All came good in the end.

Bought 2 scooters, have arrived on time, very efficient and so far all good. They are good looking scooters and appear really well made. We have put the scooters together and we are now charging the batteries ready to use🤞. Very excited to use them and because of the prompt delivery we are able to take them on holiday with us.

I ordered the L9 INMOTION, and the product is great for me, it has an acceptable battery life/range for me and is very responsive coupled with the great customer service I received, always quick to reply and generally friendly, highly recommended!

I did a bit of looking about for an electric bike for a six feet five big guy.I came across Urban Travel who were competitively priced and two months ago I purchased from them an E Go Max +
I have done 300 miles or so on it and it’s great.
I took my folded bike out of the car yesterday and a code came up on my display screen.
I contacted Urban Travel and this morning I got a call and was talked through an easy fix.(Disconnected cable)
Back on the road and have no hesitation in recommending this Company.Lovely people.

This company did not make it clear from the beginning that the Special Offer bike I bought (and subsequently returned for a refund) was likely to be damaged during transit, either from China (where it originated) or via the UPS service they use for deliveries. Honesty, in my view is the best policy. This company, and it’s supplier, need to review how they trade to the public on online. The bike came ready assembled, but the saddle was not attached and the bracket was misshaped, so the saddle couldn't be put together.
There was clear evidence that the box had been dropped from quite a height. The disc brakes were misaligned and they were not running true. The packaging was altogether inadequate. I genuinely thought I was buying a new undamaged bike. At no point did Urban Travel offer to send me a new, undamaged bike by return. It seemed odd to me that they were quite willing to accept me asking for my money back. 5 star service to me means going the extra mile for customer satisfaction.

Super happy with my purchase! This site literally has one of the best selections of electric bikes/scooters etc. I used to commute by car into London for work but since the hike up in congestion charge price and hours, I’ve had to find an alternative transport solution and this was perfect. Urban travel gave me some really good advice about which options were best for me. They were knowledgable and super helpful and went above and beyond to help me choose the right vehicle! Their prices are also one of the most competitive on the web! Don’t hesitate to purchase from here. They really are outstanding in what they do!

Had a few snagging issues and had to request new seat locking mechanism - so have not yet ridden the bike - it does however look awesome. On reporting snagging issues - prompt response, great customer service - waiting for new parts!
