I've made order of steam card since yesterday and my order status is Paid and I've not got my order and no message from urcdkeys and I made another google play gift card order this morning, its been over 4 hours now and the order status is paid too and I've not got any keys or code. Pls do something about it.

I finally got it but it took forever to receive my key but it did work so

I bought an office 365 account. After 10 minutes I got an id and pw for an office account. I signed in, changed the pw und downloaded the programms. Then I wanted to activate the programs, I entered the pw, it said it was wrong!!! ( I‘m sure its correct). I tried to reset the pw but I coudln‘t, it said: only the admin can change it.
I‘ve tried to contact the customer service but they didn‘t help me, they gave me the general instructions to activate the account, but the didn‘t give me a solution.
Now once they know its me ( through my order no.) they dont answer me anymore.

The whole thing was a very bad idea, and it‘s a complete waste of MONEY and time with disrespectful people.

I wrote many comments here, because they reply to you only when you write a post hier.

Anyway I won‘t stop till I get my moey back or a working office account.

The company responded (after this post) and provided a working key. Unfortunately it required this site's post, but the company finally did respond and corrected the problem in a business-appropriate fashion.

I have tried to contact URCDKeys numerous times throughout the day. The chat engine is a bot and does not reply or sends replies that are not related to your comments at all.

Order (# xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxjust hidden from this posting but sent to URCD KEY)which was purchased July 27, 2019 was never installed. I tried to install it yesterday and Microsoft flagged it as a bogus key. The call center installation process at microsoft also rejected it and said I had to contact the seller. I am reaching out to yu . I purchased a non-working key from you and need on that works. Please assist. This is very frustrating. I contacted you before via chat without any answer.

You sit and do not reply to the reuest. Basically you have stolen the money. I am left with no other option than to copy the numerous chat conversations, show how you ignore and post at every site you advertise so others will not be taken advsantage of by your sham operation. Shame on you for stealing from people under false pretense.

I have contacted you via chat 5 times via the last 24 hours. Regardless of local time or time in Hong Kong you fail to reply. You show no concern, remorse, or contrition despite selling non-existent items.

Quick and cheap, response by customer service was quick when I hadn't received my license key in 30minutes, before they could take my order number it had arrived. Worked and very happy.

I ordered a steam key and paid for it hours ago still haven't received my key and the live chat just says busy.

Yes, it seems I have suffered the same as many other people. Bought Windows 10 (at an admittedly surprisingly low price) and then... nothing. An acknowledgement of my order, but nothing tangible.

Which is hugely frustrating because it was the last piece in my 13 yo son's process of building himself a gaming PC from scratch with birthday and Xmas money - and this is the bit that goes wrong!

On January 31st bought 2 keys. The process and the keys delivery was swift.

One key was for Windows 10 Professional and was validated by Microsoft and the other was for Total Security that was not validated by Kaspersky stating that the key is not valid for my region. On the vendor advertise my country is present and elegible.

Immediatelly asked for help and was told to wait for 12 hours. More than 20 hours after and when went back to update status on my issue was told to wait for more 12 hours.

Asked for a valid key or for a refund based on the fact that the key was not valid and so could not be redemeed and therefore respecting their's refund policy. The chat was shut down by their side. The online chat support is not effective neither friendly.

Strangely when tried to access my account the data no longer worked. Tried to send an email to their service support and it was rejected. Tried to contact again the chat support and got no answer.

Despite having reported to Paypal I'm not confident that I'll get my money back.

This vendor is not reliable.

04/02/2020 - Chat support doesn't answer. Waited for 2 hours. Gave up.
05/02/2020 - Vendor asks for a screenshot on a message here at Trust Pilot. It was already shared by support chat the first time on January 31st.
11/02/2020 - An email from support supervisor (Claire) asking me to change my system language and to use a different IP Address under a VPN tunneling an US location. I've refused and reasked for refund. Was told to wait for 3 more days to solve the claim.
16/02/2020 - Sent an email reasking for the refund.
17/02/2020 - Vendor declares that the refund was made.
18/02/2020 - PayPal confirms the refunding.

Bought 3 licences of Windows 10 pro and went to use them 3 months later and Microsoft would not let me activate any of them. Went to urcdkey site and tried to send for new keys by sending to service at urcdkeys.com and the email came back undeliverable. Site is bogus buyer beware.

It's customer care experience is too bad and now they are not claiming the fact that whether I can buy windows 10 keys or not.
Edit 1:- They have given there contact support but no replies. Sorry about that I am fed up of the problem.

This is an abandoned building that used to be the Airport Park View Hotel.

Purchased this key and the process went very well. This key worked without any problem on my laptop. I see by the reviews some buyers had problems with keys but I didn't have any at all. The low price was worth trying and was well worth it.

Don't even think about buying anything from that site. Keys are not delivered and if in the off chance they are delivered, they don't work... Honestly 15€ for a key is very shady and I knew but it was worth the risk I guessed. But the time I wasted messed it all up

i bought a key (win 10 home) but it's not working. i contacted assistance twice but in both occasion, they gave no support at all. they are just programmed to tell you to install again Windows. that's what i did but no changes: the key is not working. I asked my money back. They disappeared...

where to begin... purchased 4 win 10 serial keys, for the 4 PCs i have that will need to move to windows 10 in the next weeks due to windows 7 no longer supported. a few weeks go by and i finally get around to reformatting the first PC and the keys not valid... ok, contacted urcdkeys.com thru there chat system and was asked for my order number and email for the account. i was told that all keys should be activated within a week... what?? i said "should be? aren't these keys legit at the time of purchase?" and his response was "yes, all the keys legal" "but the code have valid time" so i asked the guy "what are you talking about valid time? i bought 4 keys, at the time i bought them they were legal and legit according to you, right? so what does it matter if i don't get them activated right now or within a week?
cause last i checked when you buy a windows serial key its valid for life!
his reply was "why the codes so cheaper?" "do you know that?" at that point i started to realize this were not legit win 10 serial keys. cause nowhere on there site does it say that you have to activate the keys within a week. so i filed a claim with PayPal, only to learn that PayPal doesn't care that they are selling fake keys, only that they can prove they sent you the digital goods.so they sided with the seller. so im left with filing a claim with my credit card company. at least PayPal has requested a review of there business practices. so beware of buying serial keys from shady places like this, and avoid using PayPal, cause they wont back you if there is a problem with the seller. so like a previous buyer stated they are rude if you have to get tech support, the guy also hung up on the conversation as well. and they only offered to replace 3 of the 4 keys i purchased, so they will screw you either way. i see they keep tabs on reviews that are left and i guarantee you that they get on and try to say it was all my fault that there keys were not valid, and if they even are at the time of purchase they do not state it ANYWHERE on there website, which is one of the reasons PayPal is reviewing there business practices.
cause the facts remain:
1 - the key i tried was not valid as per Microsoft
2 - nowhere on there website does it say that they are valid for only a week so its deceptive business practice according to paypal
3 - they failed to make things right by either refunding my money, or giving me 4 serial keys that work
4 - they tried to bypass paypal messaging system which also red flagged them for review

so like i said, just avoid the whole hassle, if something goes wrong they wont stand behind the product
