I waited 4 hours in the cold for a COVID test. When I said I would like to wait for the results, i was told I would receive the results by mail. A day later and I have not received anything. So much for a rapid test. I called first thing this morning was was automatically placed on hold. I’ve been on hold for 40 minutes and I’m sure they have no intentions of answering. I tried calling on another line and was answered by a recording stating I am number 30 in line. Also, when I was there yesterday, I heard patients returning for their results as they had not yet received anything and some were traveling today. My son and I are traveling in the morning so my results are needed. Personally, although the gentleman who administered the exam was extremely professional, I would not recommend this location.

It was great experience with urgentway .I really like there way of treating patients , with good behaviour . The providers give an excellent guideline that helps me very much . I recover very soon with the help of this walk in medical center.
