Absolut nicht empfehlenswert in Sachen Kundensupport
Sehr schlechter , eigentlich gar nicht vorhandener Support. Wir wollen eine Hose zurückschicken. Kontakt Email über urges.online gar nicht möglich, erst über AGBs. Wochenlang keine Rückmeldung, keine Rücksendeadresse. Diese kam nach 6 ! Wochen, jetzt warten wir auf Rückerstattung, noch immer nicht erfolgt.

1x blaues Longsleeve. Bestellung am Samstag bestellt und bis heute keine Rückmeldung über meine Sendung oder wo diese sich befindet. Ich melde mich sobald ich was bekommen habe. Wenn ich mich hier nicht mehr melde ist die Sendung nie angekommen und es ist scam!!!!
