First off I'm not really the type to complain. I'm usually pretty patient. But I applied Jan 18, 2017, for a loan and just received a call back about it couple weeks ago. I then registered for your Credit Climb program which whoever I talked to then was great. I was told I needed a co-signer for the loan tho. I then got my co-signer shortly after and they still haven't been able to give me a status. Its been about 4 days since co-signer gave all her information. I keep getting bounced around to different departments. They said i would have answer yesterday, then said Monday. I Sent emails and not one reply. I'm just curious as to a time I will know so I can figure out more options.

If i could give 0 start I would. I applied online for 1000 loan. I waited 2 weeks and never heard from company. I finally call in to ask, they transfer me 3 times. Every time they ask me the same information so i repeat myself 3 times. Finally the 3rd person tell me my credit score is not good. I told her I know that, that why i apply to your company. Your website says' Bad credit loan. So if my credit was not bad why would i be apply to you? She tell me that I am decline becuase i have bad credit... What is the point of this company? Your whole platform is "bad credit loans"... so why decline for bad credit?
Also, there is very poor wait times. I wait 2 weeks and not one peep from company. If someone is in dire need of cash do not apply to this company. They are not organized or motivated to help.

After reading many reviews left by existing and new customers, I give it 2 stars. They ask for all your information up front and then you are waiting and waiting. Makes you wonder what they do with all the personal information shared? In this day of technology you don't see who the end contact is and how they handle your file. They offer loans with really bad credit which is great... to help those rebuild their life. I hope they maintain what they dictate on their site... anyone with unacceptable credit will still be able to get a loan with this company. Let's see if they keep their promise. Hoping for a favourable outcome.

I was please with your business and service everything was good except the fact that I was called many time by different representative to provide the same document/information before you could proceed completing my request. Other than that I'm a satisfied customer and will recommend your service to friend and family.

2weeks later and it still says processing. I called and told me they had everything they needed.

I applied for a loan and its been over 72 hours and still no answer. Every time that I call they say wait 72 hours. Need and answer but not getting one. I see that a few people have this problem. I give them a second star because at least the people are really nice on the phone.

I was told on several occasion that they had all my info everything they’d need and that money would be in my account in 24-48 hours we’ll then all of a sudden there’s something else they need and so on but finally did get the money sent

Called several times asking my status of my approval. Everyone at the call centre said the same thing. "We are still waiting". I understand if it was within 72 hours, but it's now been over a week & I have no idea if I got approved for a loan.

Forget waiting for an approval with Urloan, just use a different loan company. At least they can tell you if you got approved in a reasonable time

I feel others was a lack of communication and that you don't give people chances my husband George hines Sr applied for a loan twice first time said he had to have a co signer we a good great score and income over 1500 a month our daughters credit score is 745 and she works full time and makes an income over 1500 my husband was declined said my daughter's income was to low my husband applied again because another loan company was working with you guys same thing used daughter for a co signer when the loan officer called my daughter to verify a few things before making there decision our daughter told them.she was declined the first time so they checked it out and said she shouldn't have been declined her income wad fine they would check it out and take into consideration and said they would get back to us in 24 hours my husband called back that night and said our daughter was declined she wasn't a strong enough co signer and they still never called our daughter to tell her she was declined to much lack of communication to many different stories I would not send anyone to you people

Everything went perfectly well, from applying, to customer service to amount of time it took to receive the loan

I was very pleased at how easy they made getting my loan and did not make me feel less of a customer due to my credit history.

I've applied and have been waiting since the 8th of June to be notified!!!!!! When someone needs help right away this is not the answer.

I found the communication with different people on the phone was extremely lacking. I had to descibe every detail of my loan application to every person I talked to (which was 4 or 5). I was told I was approved, then I wasn't, and then that I was approved with a co-signer, then when my co-signer called to verify she was told that I was not approved again. We had to go through the whole process twice and were eventually given the loan at a terrible interest rate. I'm sorry, but the serviceand whole experience was quite terrible. I will not use this company again.

No hassles, great customer service.

The service was good except the loan shark level interest even though my credit score is GOOD in high 600's . I needed unexpected expensive car repairs for which I didn't have enough on credit cards to cover the costs so I got the loan.

I've dealt with them 2 times and both times quick and easy service . Friendly staff .

Was able to get get advice and both long term and short term help. They also were able to give me a variety of options which made choosing the best ones for me an ease.

Urlaon was pretty decent experience fairly easy for getting info back and fourth .
Customer service was decent as well.
