I am very pleased with my urn. The order process was very easy with plenty of choice. The urn is beautiful and is bigger than I expected. It looks better in real life than on the picture. It arrived very quickly. It would have been quicker if Royal Mail hadn’t messed up. I would recommend this company.

Very helpful, good work, but disappointed could have told me the picture I sent to have engraved on the box did not have the right resolutions needed for the engraving so I could send another one. For them to put similar one on instead.
