The companies as garbage as there…

The companies as garbage as there products ! Poorly designed products with ZERO customer service ! And if you write a review on there website they will delete it ! STAY FAR AWAY! Plenty of other great companies to buy from just not these guys !

Major scam

Major scam. Cheap plastic printed part shipped, instead of a full trigger as expected. AND it took 3 weeks to deliver!

Our product pages state the material and configuration for every SKU — several of our FRT models are printed-polymer by design at their price point. We have no order under this name. Please stay away from this company they take forever to process orders, no costumer service. They only respond after you threaten them with canceling the credit card payment.

This company is a complete scam

This company is a complete scam, I ordered a mp5 22 Frt on the 24th of January and I paid for 3-5 day shipping, after a week I contacted the company for an update and they replied back with “If you read our shipping policy you would know that we reserve the right to ship within 60 days due to our man power.

That is the shipping agreement you agreed to”
After seeing that I did some digging throughout the website and could not find a shipping policy or anything that said what the claimed, I’ve just sent out another email a few days ago and still nothing. Don’t lie about your policy and ignore me when I respond, I just want my product.

If you paid for 3-5 day shipping and the order didn't move, the shipping cost gets refunded — and processing times should be stated plainly on the product page, not quoted at you afterward. Email us your order number with subject "TRUSTPILOT" and we'll trace the order and refund your shipping within one business day.

Ordered in September, left with nothing

So I placed an order in September for over 800$. The site said there was an 8 week lead time. I figured find and tried to not think about it. I started reaching out in December to try and figure out what's going on. I emailed, I called, I left messages on voicemail, I even went to the forum they have directed people to. After trying for 2 weeks to reach them I finally got a single email saying they had a minor delay because of a QC issue. They would be shipping my item and the end of the week. I was pleased to get a tracking email, however that tracking number has said that they made a label but have not actually shipped anything. That was around December 13th. It's still "pre shipment. Awaiting package" a month later. I have not heard anything despite trying to reach out plenty of times. The product I was ordering has since dropped to 500$ and is now listed with a 2 week lead time.

This site is 100% a rip off. Stay away.

Update: after posting angry comments on their forum which seems to only have my post on it, continuing to email them, realizing they actually sent me a link to review the product December 20 something (and promptly giving it 1 star and advising anyone considering it to avoid it) I got an email today.
"Greetings,

Team Ursa has been in Dallas conducting training operations since the 7th of December. We apologize for the delay in response.

This order will be shipped this weekend and expedited. We apologize for the delay."

They sent me the shipping label December 13th... I guess they just said "well he's waited this long he won't mind waiting another month"

Buyers beware scam company

Zero stars if they would allow it. We ordered full built lower frt for ap-5 in September. It arrived in November only to be the incorrect lower. After back in forth with them, claiming we purchased the incorrect lower. They then told us the wrong lower was sent and to keep it and they would send the correct one by the end of the week. Sent 4 emails after that asking about shipping with no communication back. Wasted $500 plus dollars and still no idea on when the proper lower will be sent. Also, I've emailed them the ticket number like the bottom response asks for. It's been 2 weeks and they admitted to losing the email thread where they said they would resend new part because they thought they were waiting on the wrong part to be sent back(wont tell us what lower it will work on either). But I can get a refund if I send the lower back and pay a restocking fee,Huh? Now noone will respond back after saying they were shipping correct part out 3 different times. Almost 3 months after ordering and still dont have the part. DM me on FB or Instagram before making a purchase, id be happy to share my email exchange. This company needs to be shutdown ASAP for scamming.

Ordered parts kit for 3DSS and did not…

Ordered parts kit for 3DSS and has not arrive while waiting for over one month. I contacted through email, the shopify link, and called with no response.
Edit: After almost 1 month after adding a ticket to their page they linked, still no response.
New Edit: After trying another order from the new system the order has been in processing for over a month. After contacting the owner on twitter, responses were given on the linked forum. A plus for communication, but will still have to wait an unknown period for both orders delay.
As of May 25th 2026, I recieved the email that the order was processed and will be shipped the following monday. Currently it is early July and have not gotten the order or even a tracking number. Just stay away from this company

They sent me an empty box

I ordered an FRT for the 22lr mp5 around the end of august. It took over a month for me to get any update on the shipping. After a month I finally received an empty box in the mail. I filed a missing contents ticket with USPS and emailed the contact info on the Ursa-sec site. I never heard back from either or, now I'm seeing these reviews of the site and wondering if I got scammed.

Thank you for the response. That's all I ever wanted from day one. Ask questions about my purchase never got a answer. So waited a couple days message again I was mad no response so it made feel like it's a scam. Communication from day one would have avoided all of this. Thank you. If you get it out to me by next week. I will resend everything i said about you guys.

Edit to customer response: Trust us we know and it’s been frustrating for us. When we switched internet domains to our new web host, our @ursa-sec.com email was completely crippled until we could set up the new DNS settings on our new web host. It took weeks for the transfer unfortunately and all we could do is wait. During this time, we could not receive or send emails.

This month, we’ve had our anti 2A payment processor, and anti 2A website host drop us at the same time, leaving us scrambling to get a new website and payment processor set up (hence the new site and different payment system we have now). Fulfillment took a slight pause.

We thought we were explaining that well enough to our customers, but clearly we haven’t with your case.

We will gladly refund you your order since our 3 man team is not fast enough for you. The refund process has already begun and you should receive an email when it’s finalized.

Received wrong item

Received wrong item. Returned it w their return label they sent me. They then blocked communication and never sent correct part. So I'm out my $$$ and no Frt for my MP5k

Products were exactly as described

Products were exactly as described, arrived in perfect condition, shipping did take a long time but it was stated that it would take 15-30 days and did arrive in that time frame

Good seller

Cool website, I like the products you have. Ordering was easy and came correct.

My only "complaint" was shipping took a while and there was a time of no contact between order and shipping notifications where I was wondering what happened/where ya'll were. Ultimately, everything arrived and I'm pleased.

Maybe throw some scwag/stickers in orders, so I can rep your brand!

Can't really say anything good or bad…

Can't really say anything good or bad since it's been over 2 weeks since ordering and haven't gotten anything. I went online to their website where it stated they need up to 2 weeks to deliver? Then I get an email from them asking for a review of their product?

My husband bought a product from…

My husband bought a product from Ursa-sec.com and they blame him for "not providing to correct information", for what was never stated in the email replies back and forth. I have all of his emails and the contact name for which rudely replied to him, if anyone would like to read it let us know! They are a scam and very disrespectful and have poor customer service. When we contact them about the incorrect product being send to us, they replied in a very nasty way, kept refusing to fix the issue or send the correct product. We asked them to fix it and they blatantly refused and then said they would see legal action since "we", me and my husband, were trying to scam them. We will never order or recommend anyone to buy anything from them again.
