Would give this less than 1 star is possible. I ordered a tablet case that said it was leather and leather interior. Well, what I received was at best contact paper on cardboard that was bent. There wasn't a thing leather on it. Would have even been ok if it had been vegan leather or something substantial but I wouldn't put my tablet in it. GARBAGE. When contacted was told I could return to China and after a period of time my refund would be given. I don't think it was worth returning so I just ate that $$$$. Wouldn't order anything from them ever. Worst service and inventory you could imagine. Cheap!

I have seen a video of the infrared phone holder and i went ahead and ordered 2. I received them in the mail 2 weeks later and it wasnt what i ordered. they want to offer me some discount that was to expire and then a 2nd offer only to have to pay additional money for someone elses mistake. i requested my money back and now im not getting any responses now. the item came in the mail broken and completely different. It was so cheaply made that i wouldnt dare put my expensive phone in this anyway. dont trust these chinese crooks. f&*k them

honest experience......its becoming quite a game now.....honestly, save your money. You will not receive the item you ordered or paid for and then they will keep emailing random statements.....think im upto about 100 emails now and keep put reviews on their website, which get deleted after a while, but they can soon be put back on :-)

They are a bunch of thieves take your money and send the wrong item and then want to give you a 25% refund and tell you, you can give the item to someone as a gift. I would not give this crap to not even my worse enemy. Then they want to go up to giving you a 50% refund and they say it is too expensive for them to send you a return shipping label well it is not my fault that you sent the wrong item. Then when I try to return the item to get some money back I get a bogus return address. The items arrived in an envelope and the boxes the items arrived in were crushed. I know if I return the item they will say that they were returned damaged and only want to give me part of my money back. Scammers this company should rot in hell.

And now they want me to pay to return the product and get a return! I hope you get bird flu you piece of crap punks!!!! I hope you get eaten by a pack of wild dogs! Oh the irony!!!

Received broken and wrong item. Completely different what I ordered, made from very very chap plastic. Don't waste your time and money.

This is clearly smart scam and I dont understand why Instagram and Facebook allow such companies advertise on their websites. They sent you the wrong item NOT even close to what they advertising then they offer you few quid for their mistake ( which is clearly that's how they make money) then if you're not accepting the offer you need to pay for postage to be send GOD knows other side planet recorded delivery .DO NOT DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. What I got are flimsy manual units.

Received wrong items (update: positive outcome below).

Like many others here, I bought the Phone mount with wireless charger and IR sensor, but received a flimsy mount with no charger, no IR sensor, no attachments. Judging from the other burned customers here, this product substitute scam is their business model.

Best thing you can do is lodge a complaint to Paypal and get a full refund. You have buyer protection, so use it! The worst thing you can do is do nothing and let them keep your money. This is how they grow and scam even more people.

According to the PayPal payment page, their main website is xz-blue dot com, which has many more complaints on TrustPilot (can't post links here, so you'll need to search it).

The same products with the same videos and pricing are now being advertised in Instagram under a different name and website.

Once the return and refund is sorted out, my campaign to destroy this illegal operation will begin!

UPDATE #1 (1 March 2019): I discovered Paypal will pay for the return postage costs for up to $45 AUD (approx $32 USD), but YOU MUST ENABLE PayPal's 'Refunded Returns' feature to use it (google "paypal refund activate"). Doing this makes the return process worthwhile.

UPDATE #2 (15 March 2019): Returned the items by post today, including a note with the Paypal Invoice ID and their Order Number. I took photo of the package showing the return address and also the post office receipt of $39.70 AUD. I uploaded both photos to PayPal's Refunded Returns page.

UPDATE #3 (19 March 2019): PayPal credited my account $39.70 for the return shipping costs. Thank you, PayPal.

UPDATE #4 (1 April 2019): The returned package is still in transit (stuck at customs in China!) and the time to resolve the matter with the seller was running out. To prevent the case closing, I was forced to escalate the case to allow Paypal to investigate. They're currently reviewing it and the estimated time to complete the review is April 4.

UPDATE #5 (30 April 2019): After a much longer than expected delay, Paypal finally returned the full amount I paid to my account!

I WIN. SCAMMERS LOSE.

So, to summarise, while I did spend a few hours to achieve this full refund, the time I invested was worth it. Not only did I get all my money back, these scammers also lost their Shopify store and Instagram/Facebook accounts, not to mention the crappy products which seem to be permanently stuck at a Chinese customs centre. Now these scammers need to start their operation from scratch, with no followers and no organic traffic. I hope this helps you. Always fight back!!

Purchased the buy 1 get 1 wireless charger mount for my car from them and their just ordinary mounts not chargers took 2 months to them this is definitely a fraudulent account I called and emailed their source company their a fraud

Purchased a car charger and so far no email back, no communication whatsoever. Very unprofessional. I ordered it on February 9th and today is the 18th ... I'm going to have to reverse the charges to my card. Horrible experience

Purchased car mount from them on the first. Sent several emails with no reply. No updates confirmations or nothing. There very unprofessional. I'm more then sure there scammers. Don't fall for it thank god i used paypal!

I purchase cleaner from this seller but have no instruction when I received. then I email customer service, the send me instruction and follow instruction this cleaner can use. thanks for customer service.
