I ordered two pairs of orthotics. One needed a bit more adjusting for a different type of shoe. The technician spoke with me directly to get the details just right. In the end, my shoes are more comfortable and my feet feel better!

When I messaged the company to ask whether they would be able to add more cushion and an anti-friction layer to insoles I had purchased previously, a staff member called me to ask about my issues, listened to me, and offered to make a free adjustment. The updated insoles are so comfortable and supportive. This is a great company, with great people.

I have reordered from Bilt Labs once or twice over the last couple of years after losing my insoles or having them chewed up by a puppy. I have always been happy with the results. They make my hikes and long walks much more enjoyable for my joints and I cannot recommend them enough. The customer service is incredibly kind and helpful when answering questions and have helped me out in a pickle when I needed to get them in before a trip. Great company, great product!

What a wonderful company! My first contact with the staff person was terrific. He took his time and gave me as much information as he possibly could about the product and whether or not it might work for me. He also assured me that if it did not work, there would be no problem getting a refund.
With that information and assurances, I did purchase the orthotic kit. I found out from my specialist that, unfortunately, this orthotic would not be right for me. I called and spoke to Laura, who was absolutely fantastic in her response. The company, Bilt Labs, is only concerned that their clients get the kind of care they need. And Laura had no problem refunding my money immediately.
If you are considering getting orthotics, I highly encourage you to call Bilt Labs.

I have plantar fasciitis, and we have been shopping for a new pair of tennis shoes that would fit my condition. Then my son sent me the link to Bilt Labs (BL) for an extra pair of insert for the new shoes so I don't have to switch them. I was doubtful about this new company, however I wanted to give it a trial, Bilt Labs did not disappoint me with their product and customer service. I was very impressed with their above and beyond professionalism and caring of their product. Along with my new pair of insert, BL sent along the measurements and their findings from the mold. I was very surprised! Also BL pricing was very affordable!

I ordered 2 pairs of the Everyday Comfort Plus several months ago. I am going through the Plantar Fasciitis healing process and these insoles have made my life livable again. Excellent construction and amazing in how much they are helping to relieve my foot pain. Getting ready to order 2 more pairs to put in additional footwear.

I have very high arches and use multiple shoes/boots. So, I was in need of some new orthotics. I found this company online. The process was very straight forward, but the first set wasn't quite right. So I reached out to them. Communication was quick and easy. Turnaround on the new set was very fast and they fit perfectly. These are really great quality, holding up extremely well and don't require a doctors referral.

I purchased a pair of orthotics from Bilt Labs a few years ago, and after three years of heavy use, they needed refurbishing. I didn't fully appreciate how effective they were until I sent them back to be refurbished, and started using the original unworn insoles in my daily shoes. I instantly appreciated how much better and more comfortable they were with the custom orthotics. It was like night and day. When I first got the orthotics, I was initially unsure of their value and it took a little bit of time to get used to them. But now I realize just how much they’ve improved my life in that one area. Bilt Labs makes affordable, durable, high quality orthotics, and they treat their customers with respect. I am a happy customer and highly recommend them.

This is a quality product that basically sells itself...most people that try them find they work great for easing foot and leg pain, and so will keep reordering...a great business model for a very useful product.

I’ve been wearing these orthotics for over a year! I bought two sets - one for athletic shoes, and one for daily wear. When I felt they were cut too short for one of my shoes, customer service was easy to work with and they got me into the perfect pair quickly and at no fee. I’m still walking pain free now. I highly recommend them.

Truly custom made either draw out the outline of your shoe insoles or send them they send them back fast and efficient and the same quality I got from a podiatris

Convenience cannot be overstated. I love not having to see a doctor to order these and they do last a decent amount of time. Mine last about a year and a half between 3 pairs, that I rotate between wearing daily. They last much longer than a pair from Walmart will get you. Not sure if a doctor's office pair would last longer or not. I am on my feet all day long and wear Hoka's to help. These helped tremendously with my achilles tendonitis over the last year and I'm hoping they will continue to help with my newest order.
