This company offers excellent customer service and turnaround time. They will work with you to fit the arches to your needs. If by chance their product does not work out for you their return policy is set to very high standard. I was very pleased with company.

I use the insoles for Pickleball. Over the past 5 years I have tried many shoe/insole/insert combinations to make my feet happy and could not get anything to work well. My Achilles tendon pain was pretty bad at times. With the custom orthotics from Bilt my feet have never been happier. No more Achilles pain!

I have been impressed! It is nice to have custom fitted orthotics as I have Size 15 feet! The provision X or XL size doesn't cut it!! Their process is great: well explained and updated as the process moves forward!

I found Bilt labs by looking for an alternative to Dr appts and medical protocols when I knew I needed orthotics. I had orthotics prescribed when I was 30. They wore out and I never got new ones. The Bilt labs process is easy and effective! Use it!

I initially ordered one pair of custom orthotics to support my very high arches. When I received them, I was pleased to find that they were very similar to the much more expensive orthotics that a podiatrist had made for me a few years ago. I was so happy with the fit and pricing of the Bilt Labs orthotics, that I decided to order 3 more pairs. Now I have orthotics in all the shoes that I regularly wear, so I no longer have to swap out the orthotics when I change shoes.

I went to the good feet store for relief from foot pain and the min. For 1pair was $1500.00.

Built Lab produces a fabulous insole at a competitive price. The fit is perfect!!!! Communication from order to receiving is flawless. Highly recommend!!!!

Wonderful service and product

Placed order on the 26th and receive acknowledgement of my order 2 weeks later. Then to be told 3 weeks to complete the order when you already have my info on file. Not happy!

In 2022, I purchased a pair of custom insoles in active and everyday wear styles. However, I accidentally ordered the 3/4 size instead of full-length and never wore them. Lauren M. from Customer Service was exceptional, offering a one-time size exchange despite my mistake. Within a week, the new insoles arrived, and I’ve been using them ever since.

This was my first experience with custom insoles, and while it took some time to break them in, the difference became clear once I compared them to regular insoles. Now, I can walk longer distances without any discomfort. The quality and support these insoles provide have truly transformed my daily comfort.

They came thru with everything they said they would do. The product is great and my lower back hasn’t felt this good in years. Great Product.

Great process. I have gotten my custom orthotics here for many years. Very good customer service, they made adjustments when my right orthotic needed it, working with me directly via email. And the prices are so much better than the doctor’s office, without sitting in a waiting room with people who have problems that are much more serious than flat feet. Thank you!

I have worn custom orthotics from a podiatrist's office for over 10 years. They always had a slight issue fitting into my running and casual shoes. They never resolved or improved my issues with a morton's neuroma, hammer toe and bunion. I recently had morton's neuroma surgery and wanted to make sure I gave myself the best shot at recovery so that I can resume running. I did research and came to the conclusion that the method that Bilt labs uses to make their orthotics may give me the best chance at protecting and supporting my foot once I received permission to start training again. My Bilt labs orthotics arrived just as I was given the go to start my way back into running. As soon as I placed my foot into the shoe with the orthotic it was instant recognition that I had made the right choice in orthotics. I have never felt the support or comfort with an orthotic as I now have wearing Bilt labs orthotic. I just ordered my second pair so that I can rotate them. I ran my first mile today since my surgery September 04, 2024 with no pain or having to stop adjust my shoes laces. It is also the first run in over 3 years with no foot discomfort from my bunion, hammer toe and no post surgery discomfort from the morton's neuroma. I highly recommend Bilt Labs. I've had issues with my feet from walking on concrete for years. Plantar fasciitis, heal issues, etc. I switched to these insoles and all of my issues went away like magic. Absolutely wonderful.

I did have a quality issue with my soles, but Laura handled it immediately. This is the customer service model every company should follow. Prompt, polite, and professional. Thank you all so much, and keep up the great work!
