no delivery. no communication.

ordered on the 9th of October. Did not receive any item and no feedback or communication from the company. Today is the 27th of October. Also, the number listed on their website does not exist. I wish I checked before I ordered. "If you would rather talk to someone you can call us on 0141 345 2779, please note that we may not always be able to answer the phone, if you email us at - ****************** we will be able to call you back!"

Can I go lower than 1 star

Can I go lower than 1 star ? These are the same people who owned MetaGeek! If I’d known when purchasing BUZZmod Tengen I would’ve had bought him elsewhere, had 1 tiny bit of contact from these people, 90% dead air!!! Bought him on the 3rd got a quick reply on the 10th that’s it! You guys claim to have award winning customer service what planet we on ? £135 for this item keep in mind! All I wanted was my item and was understanding with the poor service!

Amazing service, Highly recommend this store.

Amazing service. Highly recommend. Have been using Gamersheek for a while for collectable figures and now their sister company - this has long been the only UK company i can trust to be honest with their prices and responsive customer service. The same is reflected within this company, different products same outstanding service. Products arrive on time and as described. Shout out to Sean for all the great work behind the scenes :)
