Always ignoring and acting like they don't understand when they know exactly what is wrong. Sending wrong our broken items, reply very slow, they wont check items when they send them and then forgot to send something, very disappointed.
I,ve bought some military MRE rations by this shop , When i Got my stuff ,i realized that 4 out of 20 rations had expired 2 years ago ! I contacted the shop 2 times and they had totally ignored me . No reply and i only wanted some replacements so we could move on . I Think this is totally inacceptable un unprofessional .
