Ordered a watch on 1 June 2021. Went through the usual hoops to get it shipped from UK. I get that. So, wheres my watch?? My order says fulfilled.

Requested a special order change in bracelet color. Very helpful and no delay. Clean design and reasonable quality at this price point. Wished the numerals and hands slightly more prominent.

The Braun BNC016BK alarm clock I ordered arrived in less than a week. It is more attractive in person than I had assumed from the pictures and I'm pleased with the purchase. ?Your service was excellent.

Really like the watch. Looks great. But the strap was a little too stiff for me and swapped it out with a softer one. Great watch, I use it all the time

The AC charger was extra and didn't come with clock.

Is difficult to contact Braun. No chat, no telephone number, just email. Email took a couple of days to get a response.

Returns are next to impossible if you live in the US. Shipping a return is on customers dime until it is determined by Braun that the item is indeed defective, which can be upwards of 50 dollars.

The Fact that one of the watches was not new 4 stars.
How do i know this the clear sticker was missing from the front glass.
finger prints that are not mind on the dial.

The little clock is very attractive, but it doesn't work properly. It will only run when it is lying on its back. In any other position, it simply stops keeping time. I have not bothered to exchange it because doing so would be difficult for me and, besides, the clock was inexpensive.

This is my third Braun clock over more than 30 years. I bought the first as a travel clock … while traveling. It lasted forever (15 years?) and I liked it so much it eventually just became my everyday alarm clock. (I’m a minimalist at heart.) My second one has lasted for more than 10 years and still works but it didn’t come with a snooze or light. So I just got this one. Love it, too, but it isn’t quite as good as the old design with the folding clock face cover and the light built in at the top where the button can’t be depressed inside a suitcase accidentally. Still, this one has all the minimalist requirements and works great, so I probably won’t need another for at least ten more years. I’ll keep the other one I still have as backup. 🙂

As usual, Braun exceeds expectations.

Less than 1 month after arriving the watch has stopped

Watch came running 10 mins fast per day. Braun responded to my request for service with an abrasive email suggesting that they would only cover part of the return shipping to the UK. Garbage watch. Garbage customer service. I will NEVER do any business with Braun again and suggest that you take your business elsewhere too.

Love it's clean and classic round face. The small flat rubber piece on the base keeps it from sliding. Perfect in every way.

The first clock I was sent didn’t keep time and it took a long time to get the replacement.

Braun makes excellent products. They are accurate and long lasting.

This was a replacement for an older version that stopped working after decades of use. I like it better than clock radio alarms and the classic analog dial.

Wonderful little clock! I bought this to replace an earlier model that worked Wonderful for nearly 40 years.
