It’s unprofessional

I placed my order by PayPal payment method but my order was cancelled with no reason , I tried to contact Braun’s customer service but no one help me , no agent on live chat and I just have a replied auto by chatbot on business days . I tried to look up any information contact details by but I didn’t see anything . Now i still need a help but I don’t know how to contact them . It’s unprofessional! My money is still pending for 2 days & I don’t see any refund .
