I measured my doorway incorrectly
I measured my doorway incorrectly. Piece of door block was too short. I needed a piece about 14 inches. They will not sell a piece that short. I have to buy another 8 foot piece for about $130 to complete what I need. They indicated they do receive back damaged straps but they just throw them away. They only sell strips with pre measured cuts. It's a real shame they can't bend a little to satisfy the customer, just sell another big piece to pad their profit margins.

The Buyer's Guide on the website is clear that you measure your door opening, and then order a length which would be long enough. The fitting instructions are also clear that you place the threshold seal in position before gluing in place. Once the seal is glued in place, there is nothing we can do. We cannot be expected to hold onto damaged, unsaleable stock on the off chance this scenario arises.

Good product. . But...
This is my second Garadry product. The directions on the first one was in black-and-white and didn't contain accurate clean up instructions. The directions on the second one was in color yet still no clean up instructions. Repeated emails to customer service resulted in uneducated responses. Calling support also resulted in no help whatsoever. Very poor customer support!!!

Best garage door bottom seal I have seen
Easy to cut to size and install, the adhesive contained in kit was very good. The delivery of the product was quick and was installed in a couple of hours. We had a wind blown rain storm two days after installing and had no leakage. Also available in different sizes
