A don’t miss experience
Our guide was knowledgeable and interesting. I’ve never experienced anything like the scent (delicious) and sight (incredible) of the cask aging room. Tasting the variety of vinegars at the end was (of course) the highlight! Each level and flavor was unique. And being able to order vinegar online is much easier for travelers.

This is the real thing
I bought products in person and then ordered a few times from the US, and they never disappoint. It’s easy to order online, and the products are shipped fast. This is the only balsamic vinegar I like.

The order went fine, but delivery was late
The order went fine. But I chose the upgraded UPS ground option so I’d receive it in time for my wife’s birthday. It sat at the UPS location for 3 days without moving and arrived two days after her birthday. I know that’s not in your control, but perhaps don’t suggest 2-day service if your chosen carrier can’t deliver.
