This investment service company specializing in virtual currency announces itself as having Integrity, and Client-First Approach when you join. As part of a two month promotion, I joined a study group through an invitation link. Activities included learning how to trade Options and Perpetual Contracts. You are guided by an Admin Assistant which opens the sessions each day and announces study or trading activities or both, guided by a highly specialize trading team. During my first month Sept 2022 everything was well. Good revenue capital was being made through Options Trading. Starting my second month, Perpetual Contract Trading was introduced. New and experienced investors would follow the Senior Team Leader’s specific instructions for the trade. During one of these recent Perpetual Contract Trades, several investors and myself started losing money with the market’s instability. An updated decision was communicated 20-35 minutes into the trade session via telegram chat, that this was as a "bad trade or order.” This late decision, caused great losses to some including myself. This has happened several times with Option Trading as well. Another order could not be initiated for some to compensate for losses because account balances had been already compromised for few who were trading. I took the initiative to close the contract to save whatever little had. After this frustrating experience I was contacted by the Admin to get a feedback and/or comment on the event. I responded as would any frustrated investor would you lose 70+% of your assets. It appeared my response was not well accepted and few moments later I was banned from the study group channel and other means communication. My presumption is other may have been banned as well. To this day I have been trying retrieve what is rightfully mines of invested crypt-currencies without success. I have tried to contact others in the study group as well without luck. Communications are blocked and no one responds or cares. I’ve sent messages directly to this groups Team Leader yet no response. This group’s unresponsiveness and childish behavior has much to say about a starting investing company that wants to attract new clients. I advise you to think smartly before you decide to join or accept an invitation from this group. You could lose or have gains in this platform by following this team’s instructions but, at the same time you could be banned/blocked because of your right to an expression and not retrieve any of your earned funds.
