I ordered one of their LED tubes over a month ago - their site initially said the item was in stock and set to ship on time so I went ahead and bought it. Over a month later, they tell me it's now on backorder and won't even ship till next month. They didn't even offer a refund for lying about the stock or ship date. I wouldn't have purchased if I would have known. Just awful.
Bought a couch on April 29 that was estimated to take 6 weeks to deliver. It's now been 12 weeks and they continue to push the date out.
But the worst part is they push the date forward by about 5 days at a time. So I have been constantly thinking the delivery date is just around the corner and it keeps me from canceling the order and buying something else.
Customer service is no help at all (who I now unfortunately speak with on the reg). They pander, promise to get back to me with more info, but they never do.
This is not the experience I wanted to have buying the most expensive piece of furniture I have e ever bought.
