Ordered boots 20th Jan. Not delivered by Evri, who have declared it lost today. To be fair to Evri, they have held their hands up and have been communicative through the process, but trying to speak t... See more

Time consuming
Selection is great but return instructions a little vague nd took several tries to get to the return website. I think the web site was down for some time, the search engine would not recognize the return site and calling the number was difficult because I do not know how to call outside US. So I could not request help.

I bought the shoes because I need white shoes. Your website said the shoes were white. They are not white. They are beige. And they took a long time to get here.
Now I have to take the time to return them and I still don’t have white shoes.

very comfortable…
First off you make a very comfortable boot. It wears well and stays looking incredible. The service was fast and efficient. Look forward to buying my next pair.
Wrong shoe size sent
I love your shoes and had a pair last year that I wore and wore. This time, when I sent for the same shoe, you send me a size 3 when I wear an American size 8. I could find nothing in the package about how to return shoe and I didn't open until the day I was leaving for a trip. I was counting on using the shoes during the trip. I will now attempt to track down how to return shoes and get right size or my money back.

You guys had the shoes I wanted. Took quite a while to get here but that’s ok
They mailed me the wrong size
They mailed me the wrong size. I double checked I clearly ordered a nine US and they sent me a 10. Because I always think at first I'm wrong! But I wasn't. So I tried to return them to the post office because the direction said any post office will do. However the sticky slip that I needed to return them was clearly removed from the paper and the Post office clerks both showed me what one actually looks like and where it would have been and how I actually didn't get one and I was wondering what that big empty space was on the paper where it looks like a square was removed... So yeah that's the thing I needed to return the package and someone maliciously removed mine I suppose. So then they said it would cost $60 something dollars to return my $80 something shoes so I said never mind and I emailed them and called them twice and left them a message and the phone calls never went answered or returned however I did get an email that said to use the parcel included to return the package and I emailed them back that that's the thing I never got one and the post office showed me how it was removed because I didn't believe them at first and I said that must have been the thing that went on the outside of the package and the worker probably has to just take that off as a part of their job or whatever so fast forward to I'm reading a different part of the page that says I can go to some website and download a return thingy, I don't know what you call them. And I was so excited and I felt super smart because I did download this thingy to return the package and it was now on my phone and I was so excited because it only cost me $8! Instead of the 60 something at the post office so I excitedly brought my Android phone into the post office to show them the barcodes on the thingy I just paid for again giving them more money I don't have. Oh but you guessed it the post office can't use this because there's no QRC code to scan so at a later date after I had to pay for two rides to the post office now I'm paying for a third ride to a library to print this out and then to the post office to finally use the printout from the download that cost $8 to return the 80 something dollars shoes and I'm still waiting for my money to be returned and I guarantee you I'm not going to get those eight dollars back or the money I had to pay for the rides to run around! I needed these sneakers for work. I am in trouble for not having appropriate footwear and I am broke. I'm mostly disappointed with the way I didn't get my phone calls returned even though I left pointed messages as to what my problem was and asking for help. If the email could have just walked me through the process instead of being stranded all alone and not even my friends or the post office people understood how we get this package back overseas I might have saved myself a couple trips. Because all they had to do in the email was tell me if I don't have the parcel that came with the package then I can download this thing but then I need a printer and then I need to go to the Post office and I could have only paid for one ride. And every step of the way when I ran into a new problem and no one would respond it was insane.

I received the wrong size shoes
I received the wrong size shoes, even though my order showed I ordered the correct size. What the big problem was, was getting a response from the customer service email or telephone number. When someone finally responded I was told to send the shoes back for a complete refund, I really wanted these shoes, I just wanted the size that I ordered. Now I have to go through the hassle of creating a return label (I have no printer only iPad) find a box since the bag the shoes were sent in was ripped and torn, then pay for the shipping🤷🏽♂️
I really wanted these shoes, but this company knew they didn’t have the size I ordered, but they tried to send me another size just to make a sale!
Terrible customer service!
