The Mammotion team was very helpful in solving my Yuka charging problem. After many emails about what to check, they decided to have me ship it to them. I got it back with a new control board but it STILL wasn't charging. So they sent me a new power supply for the charging base and that solved the problem! Thank you Mammotion team! YUKA Sweeper Battery
I have been looking online for the second battery for the Mammotion YUKA 1000. It hasn’t been available in the US. I contacted Mammotion support and they were able to arrange to have the part made available to me through overseas channels. I’m very excited about the extra mowing time and the ability to use my YUKA 1000 with the sweeper attachment when the second battery arrives.

First Experience with Service
I had to send my Luba 2 3000XH mower in for servicing after the robot would not properly return to the station for charging. It had completed over 1500 hours of mowing and over 1000 charge cycles after 2.5 years. I expected the mower to be out for a long time which was concerning because I had no backup. Instead, the mower was repaired and shipped back to me in less than 10 days. Additionally, they repaired the battery and a broken side guard. I had not mentioned the side guard or expected them to repair it. I was very pleased that they did! The mower is back in action and functioning properly!
