The door to door sales person was great. He was friendly, patient, and you could tell he really enjoyed working with the public. The orange juice was absolutely amazing.
I only received a portion of my order. I was looking forward to sampling the meat, but I did not receive it.

Pricey
Orders were delivered in a timely fashion. There was no way to set up an automatic tip for the driver, which discourages tipping. Products are high quality but still overpriced. Definitely a luxury service. Because the membership is set up separate from the recurring orders, you have to cancel twice in order to cancel, which seems unnecessarily difficult.

Convenience
Convenience of delivery and the glass pickup. Honestly, getting the same milk in a local store costs me $3 more and that was just wild to me.
Edit: I meant to leave 5 star, not 4. Should be fixed now. The fresh eggs are legitimately fresh and I can tell when I crack them open. Fantastic. Not super cheap, but neither is the grocery store anymore and those come from who-knows-where. The meats are far too expensive for me, but when I splurge for steaks, they're gonna be worth it as a treat. The yogurt was also thicker than I'm used to and felt worth it for the value.

Customer Service Feedback
I recently requested to change my delivery date, but unfortunately, my request was not addressed, and I still received a delivery.
The delivery consisted of juice that cost $7.99, along with a $9.95 delivery fee. Having a delivery for only one item at that cost is not feasible for me.
I would also like to see a larger variety of products available. The current selection seems somewhat limited, and having more options would make the service more worthwhile.
Additionally, I currently have two delivery bags that need to be returned. Please provide me with instructions on how I can return the bags.
I attempted to cancel my order online, but the instructions provided were not helpful or easy to follow. Additionally, there was no customer service phone number listed for assistance.
It would be helpful to provide clearer cancellation instructions and an easily accessible customer service contact number for customers who need assistance.
