MSI sucks

MSI sucks! They can’t guarantee their product to last longer than a year, their customer service is rude and very unhelpful! I’ll be spending my money elsewhere and junking the piece of s**t monitor that lasted 50 weeks!

I won't buy an MSI product again.

I buy a GL62M 7RDX model MSI pc and like every one who buys this model I have a keyboard with C, F, R, backspace, 0, 8 keys not working Peoples who purchased this model are shouting in there site about there keyboard tho MSI doesn't care even one customer say she sent her PC to the company to repair it and got it back after 3 weeks the problem is back I will never buy any product from MSI and I won't recommend any one to do so.

It was my favorite IT company

It was my company of choice for technology, with 4 laptops bought from MSI until this year, when I buy a GP76 Leopard laptop, it comes with battery problems, completely locks up in any kind of game.
The assistance does not give me a chance to choose to change the machine nor paying the difference for the other better, since this one does not meet the requirements.
It goes to repair, comes badly assembled, with a physical damage and not even an apology.
The solution they give me is to lose weeks again waiting for the pc to go under warranty again.
Terrible MSI, to save a few euros, you lost all possibility that I or someone in my network will buy even a MSI cable ever again.

New MSI BIOS 7C73v1A destroyed my motherboard

I bought an MSI MPG Z490 motherboard. Upon installation the BIOS was out of date as usual with any motherboard. I downloaded the most up to date BIOS for my motherboard which is version 7C73v1A at the time of writing this review. The BIOS loaded to 100%, rebooted my computer to a black screen. No video signal. I checked the CMOS battery, jumped the CMOS pins, still no video signal after the new BIOS. Contacted MSI, the tech support person tried to help but they suggested trying things I already tried. They then recommended that I ship them the motherboard for warranty replacement. All of this happened on day 1 of trying to use this motherboard. I now have to take this computer apart and mail the motherboard almost 3,000 miles away to California. The tech support person did the best she could do to help me and I appreciate that. The motherboard should not have failed after 1 day of use due to a BIOS update from the motherboard manufacturer. I will be returning this motherboard in hopes that they can resolve this issue but I will not be buying anymore MSI products.

Bad user experience, old websites, not updated drivers, always unstable BIOS. This is worst company where you can buy mother board, Where is support for Windows 11? New bios versions? drivers? IM NEVER GOING TO BUY MOTHERBOARD FROM MSI AGAIN!

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service! I sent my computer monitor in to be fixed . They said it was damaged during shipping so I went ahead and sent in my payment information for it to get fixed . I’ve been emailing them since the beginning of September with no response back . Finally got ahold of someone and they said the the Unrepaired monitor was sent back to me because they emailed me and got a message saying email was not delivered. They had my phone number so I don’t know why the didn’t call . I have sent emails to them regarding the status with no response back . Lady is sure emailing me back now . I will never buy their brand again because of the poor customer service

Major issue in MSI software, widespread, not fixed after several updates, customer support useless, they keep closing the case without responding.

Dear MSI Team,

Case Number CSD082621031235

The major malfunctioning affecting MSI Dragon Center (computer management utility) occurs since a long time and countless cases and users' experiences can be found on the internet, having the same problem: The software shows a blank screen and is completely useless.

After several updates, the malfunction has not been fixed.

You released a new software, MSI Center, that replaces Dragon Center, and it is also affected by the same malfunction.

I opened a support ticket, you told me to try the uninstaller and re-install the software, I did that, but the problem is still there.

I informed you that the problem is still there, you never replied and closed the case, even though it was not resolved.

I re-opened the case asking again, and you closed it again without replying.

This is one of the worst experiences with "support" teams in my entire life.

After various attempts and a long time, by trying again with MSI support, they finally provided a solution. They provided the uninstall tool, as usual, but then also a proper old version of Dragon Center and a way to install it without it updating, so that it works now. Though, they forgot to tell me to deactivate the tasks, within Task Scheduler, that would have had it updated automatically at some point. I noticed them and disabled them on my own initiative. So, they could have done better, but they finally helped. I am increasing the rating from 1 to 3 stars. Thanks!

MSI motherboard is just unreliable.

Bought an MSI X570 gaming plus like a year ago, together with a ryzen 9 3900x. First impressions were ok-ish, but then came the trouble. Everything is such a ******* pain. Highly unreliable. Barely functions with 2 gpus(not even in crossfire), BIOS dies every 4 months(had to flash bios like 3 times now), only 128gb of ram support.
I remember a case where my BIOS died, killed my windows, and i literally thought my gpus were dead(thank god they are still alive). So yeah if you wanna risk dealing with dead bioses all the time go ahead buy MSI(at least MSI knows it's bioses are dog**** so they make it pretty easy to flash. 1/10 Wouldn't recommend.

Trusting msi again. Best computer products

At first I was keeping in mind, that I wanted to trust again Msi.
All the reviews show only good aspects of the brand, silent, stability of product, service.
So I purchased an msi rtx 3060 ti.
Coming from an gtx 1070oc I thought that the change wouldn't be great at all.
Great mistake, fps are so soft, stability, more clean textures.
This card is dedicated for 1080p 1440p mainly but also at certain games even 4k with good quality.
Is nearly a rtx 3070 but cheaper. PS: Remember to check that you have the correct PSU
Really happy with my purchashe. Happy to repeat my experience with MSI.
You won't regret, by excelent brand and products. Salute!

Very unprofessional service, did not fix broken laptop

I bought an MSI Summit E13 Flip Evo and when I got it the laptop was broken. I sent it in for repairs and nearly a month later I finally received it back only to have it be in THE EXACT THE SAME CONDITION THAT I SENT IT. I tried getting in contact with customer support to get my money back and the service representative ended the chat without acknowledging my request at all. This is extremely unprofessional behavior and everyone should avoid them if possible.

MSI GPU DIED AFTER 1 YEAR GOT 0 HELP

it was my first time purchasing an MSI GPU , and it was not a good experience at all !
after 1 year of using the GPU , the GPU stopped working there was no physical or any damage dealt to the card and the warranty assured it ! , i had to contact the distributor of msi in EGYPT which is "KIRO MINA FOR COMPUTER" they are very rude to the customer , i asked for a replacment they were very rude to me asking me to contact MSI For replacment and they are not gonna provide any assistance to me , very rude services here i hope you do something about it i waited for 5 days to get my GPU replaced and all i got was a very rude services from KIRO MINA please do something about it they are ruining msi community in EGYPT
and as iam a computer Science student , all my work depends on my desktop , i have no idea what to do since they provided no help at all !

All good things must come to an end

I loved my MSI computer which unfortunately died after 3 years. I would very much would have loved to get another MSI but in 2021 almost all that were available were without a number keypad which is important part for me. And that one computer that had a number pad was so thick and plastic, plastic and hideous. I previously had GS63 Stealth series laptop. If you ever make something like this again, please reach out and let me know.
As it seems impossible to leave feedback at MSI site I'm leaving it here. Until then you've lost a customer.

MSI GE76 worth every penny

I purchased the MSI GE76 at COSTCO and have had a great experience. The system is extremely fast to turn on and off, as well as handling the Video Editing software. I know that this model is primarily a gaming pc, but I cannot recommend it enough for video editors and content producers, as it handles these better than any other laptop I've ever owned. I dare say, it can replace my desktop!
