I participated in a study in November of 2025. I have still not received the honorarium despite multiple emails on my end. It is very frustrating to spend 45 minutes participating in a study and then having to hound the company for payment that is due.

Terrible company
Never sign up, they just don't pay you. I've been waiting a year for my honorarium
They continually harass you on the phone trying to get you to do surveys. When you ask them about the payment they hang up
They ignore emails/stall/refuse payment.
Sign up with any organisation but not this one for surveys

I want to like this company, but they make it really hard. You complete a survey, and they will credit your account the amount promised but then it takes anywhere from 3 to 4 months for them to actually approve that honorarium. Then once approved, you can pick your form of payment (i.e. Amazon, Visa etc.). However, once you choose the form of payment, it now takes another 2-3 months for it to be processed. Some payments take a year, and some you never receive at all. I don’t know what the issue is, because I get paid immediately with Opinionsite and with Sermo it only takes 24/48 hours.

Terribly ran survey company. They take up to 5-6 months to pay out, even though they say 4-6 weeks. They change the amount they pay. For one particular survey the invitation email clearly stated $35 USD, then after waiting 4 months to redeem the reward, they changed it to $15, no explanation, no reply when asked. I am unsubscribing from their emails. There are many good survey companies, I would not waste your valuable time with My Medical Panel.
